Just 15km out of Haenertsberg, and directly on the R528, it is perfect for a weekend of relaxation or adventuring on the mountain. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Groot Letaba river and wake up to bird calls from our resident Green Turaco. The diverse local fauna attracts significant bird life - making the panoramic view perfect for bird watching.

The Watermill Cabin

Nestled among ancient pines, the 50-year-old cabin stands on the banks of the Broederstroom River, overlooking a magical waterfall. A 2km gravel road drive from Haenertsburg. ( Accessible to most cars, not sports cars) will bring you to the charming cabin. A double story with the bedroom on the first floor ( mind the steps) and the fully self-catering living space and bathroom, downstairs. A few feet from the cabin, you will have your own private deck with braai facilities. Enjoy!

The nearest other lodging option is over 5 kms away, so you are guaranteed absolute privacy! This off-the-grid Luxury Tent has a comfortable King-sized bed, with fully-functioning kitchen (stove, fridge, etc.) and bathroom (toilet & hot water shower). The sun deck overlooks a gorgeous peaceful dam and has a 4-person dining table as well as two comfortable sun loungers.
