Right on the beach w/no stairs to climb! Enjoy ground floor living at its best in this relaxing coastal retreat, just steps to the beach. This large 1BR condo sleeps 5 and was fully renovated to include a custom kitchen & bathroom w/large walk-in shower. Top of the line coastal furnishings in every room. The spacious master bedroom offers a Stearns and Foster king bed and a full-size desk if you need a quiet space to work. WiFi has been fully upgraded to make streaming and video a breeze!

Our car-free paradise is a destination like no other. Only steps to the beach, Hakuna Matata provides the perfect escape. The home is complete with marble floors throughout, a granite kitchen and minibar, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have two king beds, a queen, and triple bunks. An entertainment area is complete with a private pool, sitting area, pool table and ping pong table, television, outdoor games, a grill, and an outdoor shower. Two golf carts are provided for your stay to explore.

Experience the nicest remodeled & decorated coastal 1-bedroom 2-bathroom villa on Captiva! Designed for ultimate relaxation with great bayside water views, all within the South Seas gated community. The villa come with a huge pool, hot tub, 5 minute walk to the beach, free parking, free high speed internet, free bikes, free parking. No add-on or resort fee here! The villa has a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king bed, living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, to accommodate guests.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. It is a 7 min walk to the beach and the village where you can dine and shop. Has a heated community pool and tennis courts. The pool and pool house is down for renovations between 8-18-11-30. House has a small side yard where the family can sit and enjoy the outdoors or play games. Bikes are also included, and it comes equipped with beach towels, wagon, umbrella, cooler, fishing poles and beach chairs.

“Sand Dollars”—a 2 bed, 2 bath beach house on North Captiva, a private island only accessible by boat. A quick 30 minute trip from Pine Island, North Captiva is a golf cart only island (that’s right, no cars!) that has the best beaches and shelling in the area. Sand Dollars is located one block in from the beach (200 steps). Sand Dollars has a Island Club membership with access to 2 swimming pools, paddle boards, kayaks. BYOB—bring your own boat and park at our boat slip (extra fee).
