Such a great spot to stay! Beds were comfortable, shower was great, and open air home was such a dream! Got to see monkeys from our porch, ground crabs along the walkway, and could hear the ocean as a constant background. Such a dream!

AMAZING! One of our favorite places we have ever had the pleasure to stay at in Costa Rica and I have been coming to this beautiful country for a decade. The springs are fantastic and well maintained. the property is beautiful and has a great hiking trail loop. I got to see blue Jean strawberry dart frogs too! The treehouse is gorgeous, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen was great and the bed was comfortable. We loved it so much that we spent most of the day on the grounds after we checked out. the cherry on top was being greeted and having a chat with the wonderful owners. Kathy and Bernie and incredible people and I absolutely recommend this gem of a place!

This was definitely a memorable experience, the host was polite, hospitable and always eager to assist in any way possible. I would recommend this cottage to anyone interested in top tier living comfort for their visit. The cottage was so peaceful. Best relaxing place to get away from the outside world. We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at this slice of Costa Rican paradise. The jungle sounds, manicured gardens, jungle trails and the view of the ocean below were spectacular. Probably our favourite part was the daily visits by a family of howler monkeys. We already plan to return.

Our stay was great, away from the resorts and the crowds. We explored the north of the island, which is quite different front the area around St George. Kim and Liette work very hard on their farm to produce wonderful chocolate artisanally. They showed us how they produce it and gifted us some to taste. The house was cosy and simple. The beds are quite comfortable, the living area is outdoor, with a view on the ocean and the jungle. Perfect to slow down and leave work behind.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Es war einfach unglaublich! Die Location ist traumhaft, das Essen ein Gedicht und die unglaublich freundliche und offene Art von Allen läßt einen nie als Fremden fühlen. Wir haben wahnsinnig tolle Erlebnisse gehabt (Dschungeltour, gemeinsames Essen mit anderen Gästen, unglaublich viele Tiere wie Delfine, Affen, Faultiere, Rochen etc gesehen) und doch hatten wir auch nur Momente für uns mit der Natur. Es war einfach unglaublich schön! Vielen Dank!!!

Empezar porque el alojamiento tiene el nombre perfecto: Casa Colibrí. ¡No dejaron de llegar colibríes! 🥰 Otras aves también y mariposas. ¡Es un lugar hermoso y mágico! Estar dentro del jacuzzi con esa vista es una experiencia lindísima. El alojamiento y la descripción son exactas. Es cómodo, modesto, seguro y nada le falta. La atención de Ronan y Ana siempre fue pronta, clara y con mucha amabilidad. ¡Los desayunos fueron deliciosos, también! Tuvimos una breve visita de Mocho a malla que al parecer tiene un súper olfato y se antojó de nuestra comida. 😅 Respetamos no darle nada por su salud, pero esos ojitos casi logran el objetivo. Agradecemos mucho el respeto y el esmero por el espacio. También hacia nosotras. Les deseamos mucha prosperidad con Casa Colibrí. Y a quienes les visiten, respeten un mini santuario rodeado de animalitos maravillosos y flora hermosa. También estén atentos a las heliconias, los colibríes es donde más se acercan. 💖 ¡Muchas gracias, Ronan y Ana!

Francis was an incredible host who made us feel right at home. The Airbnb was exactly as pictured — beautiful, private, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. He even provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a welcome treat of fresh coconut water and coffee for our stay. We loved the daily visits from his adorable dog, Coco, who added such a sweet, personal touch. The whole place had such peaceful, laid-back vibes — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was also great, just a short 5-minute drive to plenty of local bars, cafes, and restaurants along the main road. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a calm, relaxing getaway in PR, away from the crowds

We absolutely loved this place! It was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The plunge pool was a refreshing treat in tje evening after a hot day exploring! The bed was comfortable and ample place for your luggage to be put up out of the way. The rooftop deck was also a lovely place for morning coffee and to watch the sunrise with a view of the ocean. Thank you, we will be back!

This was our first time in the DR. Honestly our experience was way better than we could imagine and a lot of that was due to the comfort and peace of mind Osvaldo provided us from the moment we made it. The first night we went to a local restaurant about 6 minutes from the house and Osvaldo came by and introduced himself and let us know he is simply a call away. Throughout our stay we experienced some bad weather (flooding) Osvaldo came out to check on us to make sure we were good. Just the fact of knowing we had someone looking out for us in a place that was foreign for us was comfort that is hard to describe. Thanks Osvaldo to you and the locals that made our stay amazing !!!!!!!! We will be back #houston

Absolutely stunning house, pool, and views! The welcome message/instructions gave you all the information needed for an easy checkin. This place is very private and so peaceful. You feel like you are in a jungle with a waterfall right by you. The house itself is very spacious and there is more than enough outside space (pool, turf patio). The outdoor shower right by the pool was so nice to have. The view and the pool/waterfall combo is unreal especially lit up at night. I was skeptical about booking as a solo traveler but the location and gated entry was enough to convince me to book and I’m so glad I did. Unreal experience! Totally worth it!

This was probably one of the best places I’ve stayed. It was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for the stay. The bathroom was one of my favorite parts of my stay; different but so refreshing. I really liked the area/neighborhood. It was quiet and airy. The dogs and cats are so friendly and gentle, another of my favorites from this stay. Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely go back.

Ha sido una experiencia única. El lugar es sumamente hermoso, la naturaleza, la tranquilidad, el clima, todo es perfecto. La anfitriona es sumamente atenta y amable, al igual que su esposo, ambos fueron muy amables al recibirnos y conversar con nosotros. El lugar estaba impecable y limpio, tuvimos todo lo necesario. Lo único que necesitas son tus suministros de comida y bebida, porque les aseguro que cuando lleguen no querrán salir. Hasta probamos de su rico café. Sin duda si deseas desconectar de todo y respirar paz, este es el lugar. Sin duda volveríamos.

Valle Fresco, Eco-Lodge es un lugar muy tranquilo que te conecta con la naturaleza, se respira aire fresco y posee unos rincones tan bien pensados para conectar contigo mismo. El personal es muy servicial y lo mejor de todo es que pude llevar a mis mascotas…quienes también disfrutaron del lugar.

This place is great for bird watchers. We saw easily 8-10 species right there at the property (along with a multitude of iguanas and at least 3 kinds of anoles), and a whole lot more, including 3 of Puerto Rico's endemic species, at the Laguna Cartegena refuge 2 kilometers from the house. The place is creatively crafted. The bed is comfortable and the linens soft and clean. We were very happy here.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour chez Ushua. L'emplacement est très calme, on entends et voit énormément d'oiseaux et les deux chiens présents sont absolument adorables. Ushua m'a fait de super recommendations et m'a bien aidé durant mon séjour. Je recommande!
