This place is located near Turner Turnpike & only minutes from the historic downtown of Chandler!!

Pool available from May to September - shared with hosts and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for private pool time for your family 2 hrs daily. POLICY: No smoking or pets. Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.

Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Take a stroll on our 30 acres, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.

Country Cabin-a perfect getaway

This small but roomy little cabin sits in the peaceful countryside of Perkins, about 20 minutes from OSU and Stillwater. It can spaciously accommodate 2 guest( full bed) but a 3rd bed (twin air mattress)or a pack and play can be placed in the living room area for a child or another adult. There is plenty of yard to the right of the cabin for your use.
