Tucked Away Family Chalet is conveniently located in Carrabassett Valley close to hiking, biking, community pool/playground/tennis courts, Tufulio's restaurant and much more! A great place to enjoy nature, relax, unwind, check out from the hustle and bustle, and spend quality time with the family. Some of the best mountain biking is right out the front door and swimming in the nearby river is not to be missed. In the wintertime, access to the Narrow Gauge ski trail is a short walk away.

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

Situated at the Stratton Brook Trailhead along the Carrabassett River, all the great outdoors has to offer is in the backyard. The cabin is conveniently located along the Sugarloaf shuttle route. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!
