Great location near Carroll & Denison. The place is clean & tidy. There is an extra pillow & soft blanket & hangers in each bedroom closet. A quiet neighborhood perfect for walking the dogs. The door keypad is easy to use.

Matt's place was outstanding. Very clean, nicely decorated and lots of room. It over looks the pond and the green on the 5th hole of the Panorama National Golf Course. It is winter, so one can enjoy taking a beautiful scenic walk. We will definitely come back in the summer. It is close to the pool, beach, playground for children, pickleball and golf. We felt like we were at home. We highly recommend staying at Matt's place. Mike M.

A great stay as always! We have stayed here more than once and have another upcoming visit booked in June. This house is always clean, cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Great place to stay. The apartment was Very comfortable and clean. Host was quick to respond and made sure the AC was set at a temp that was comfortable for us before we got there. Would definitely recommend!!

If you are looking for the cutest coziest home away from home the Zen Den is it! super clean, open, and cozy. so many amenities and just all around perfect stay. I work remotely and had a perfect spot to work and great wifi. Beds were cozy with a small electric fireplace in each room to warm up if you like it warmer while you sleep. Perfect water pressure and fire tvs with apps you can sign into and pickup watching your shows. If I had to make a complaint it would be that we couldn't stay longer because our trip ended and we had to head back home haha.
