Jackfish Lake has clean water and excellent fishing- 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for your use! The outdoor space has a huge grass yard, an outdoor fire pit, gazebo and an additional 'sunset deck' near the water. The main deck has a covered BBQ/bar and living space, and an outdoor dining table. Great WiFi and workspace too!

Spring Lake is located 30 minutes west of Edmonton and has so much to offer for that little getaway from the city but still within a 13 minute drive from all amenities. 5 minute drive from public lake access where you can paddle board in the summer and ice fish in the winter. This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! Please note you will have to utilize the exterior stairs and interior stairs to access the suite. Pets are welcome!
