The house is such a cozy cabin and right on the shore of beautiful Lake Huron. So many parks and beaches to hike at and explore all along the main road and the cabin is smack dab right between Port Austin and Caseville, each only 10 mins to the East and West. The spiral staircase, the fire pit outside, the windswept shore - all make the place a perfect beach side retreat for fun in Michigan's Thumb. Paul Richard was super responsive and got back to me in minutes each time. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's place. He was easy to communicate with and was helpful. The furniture was very comfortable. The Sunporch was so nice, and we could see the water and hear the waves. We enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming. The location was perfect! Thank you Joe!

Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Peaceful surroundings with a lovely view of the lake with beach access. Close enough to Tawas to make trips there with ease.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam’s place on Sage Lake! The house was very clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group. The kitchen was well stocked. The place offers the best of both worlds- a relaxing place to soak in the lake views or an action packed time with all of the lake and home amenities. The neighbors/property managers Frank and Patty went above and beyond! We brought our own boat and when we had some boat issues they jumped right in to help us- just wonderful, kind people. We had such a great time- we even bought Sage Lake apparel to remind of us of our trip. We will definitely be back!

The home is as described in the listing. Easy access and everything was clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean, and there were nice fans in ever room. The A/C cooled the place down nicely after we arrived, so no worries if you're visiting during the warmer months. The area around the property was very quiet and secluded, especially during the weekdays when most of the surrounding homes were not occupied. The channel in front of the house is small but we managed to pull a few fish out of it during our stay. Great place to launch a kayak and see some of Saginaw Bay. During our stay the pressure tank for the water system malfunctioned. Alaina responded to my message in about one minute and had a plumber on the way to assess within the hour. The hosts stayed in contact with me throughout the process and resolved the issue as fast as possible. I would not hesitate to stay here again, my group had a great time.

This place was an incredible experience. My whole family loved it and felt super cool with an exclusive island to our selfs. The house was clean and my boys loved the outside. We stayed up late reuniting with family by the fire and the sunsets were incredible. I would tap in advance for the boat reservations to lock those in. It was so great we plan on going back once a year. The garage is also an arcade which was a pleasant surprise because it wasn’t in the original details. They have plenty of water toys and much more. If you are reading this it’s your sign to book. ✌️

Great stay. This time of year you get all weather types. No matter, it's a beautiful spot and we love it! Great sunrises and starry nights are an added attraction. We will be back.

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful cottage on a gorgeous lake would stay here again and again in a heartbeat. Extremely kid friendly to five kids all under 7. The lay out is open and feels much bigger than you think. The lake and beach were amazing with so much to do and keep everyone busy. Plenty of things to do in Tawas on a windy chilly morning at the lake. Everything was SO clean! I would highly recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed! The host was friendly and super responsive!

James was very responsive and allowed for an extended stay as well. He also quickly worked with a tree service company to quickly resolve a fallen tree during a storm. Kudos!

The cottage was cute, everything we expected. Very accommodating for my bridesmaids as I was married on the 7th. Only 2 miles from my location so everything was comfortable and easy and as you know, the least amount of issues the better. Very grateful to the host for the cozy accommodations free from issues. Will use again if we need to, we usually have large gatherings in the summer.

Mick was an accommodating and generous host. He was available to answer our questions. The home was beautiful, clean and uncluttered. The water was shallow as far as we could wade out. The kids enjoyed the lake with tubes. We enjoyed our family time together there!

We stayed over Christmas for one week. It snowed heavily and the owner was kind enough to remove snow from the driveway before our arrival. Also, there were beautiful Christmas decorations and even a little lit tree which was very thoughtful. The house was nicely decorated even without the holiday decor. I felt I was staying in a home rather than a rental which was nice. We had all that we could need while we visited. There were even two types of coffee makers. BTW- there is a lovely coffee shop about 2 miles down the road in Port Sanilac. One of the best things about the house is the views. We loved watching the Lake from our bed in the morning. BTW- I felt the bed was comfortable. To the right of the house is a roadside pull-off/park which gave us more privacy. We fit two adults and one teen (Our 9-year-old stayed 1-2 and opted for grandmas the other nights) comfortably. Perfect size for a group of 4. We would recommend staying in this beautiful house. Zeron’s island is a stunning property with everything you’d ever need for a relaxing vacation. We watched beautiful sunsets every night from the lookout point and from the boat. The house is loaded with every lawn game and the kayaks / paddle boards were a hit. We will definitely be back!

This place was great! We had 6 adults in our group and we felt we had great space to all hang out together or have our own private space if we wanted to. We wished it had an actual beach shore, but regardless we had an amazing time enjoying the space and beautiful lake views. We would for sure come back!

This home, location, and town are all so beautiful and quaint. The beach is wonderful, the house had everything we needed, and the Alli Bar is such a fun place to grab a drink. Chuck and Dawn are super responsive and kind. We'll definitely try to book this home again!

Had an amazing long weekend - place was beautiful with clean, simple, beach decor. Amazing beach with chairs, toys, kayaks, fire pit, hammocks, umbrella, you name it…. Hot tub was clean and it being built into the deck was super convenient. Guest house was adorable and perfect for my little brother. Host was so responsive and helpful. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, would highly recommend.

We were so thankful for a beautiful family vacation on Lake Huron. This house is wonderful for all ages and the hosts were very supportive and proactive to ensure all our needs were met. The property was so quiet and peaceful, the perfect getaway!

This place was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing! The one recommendation I'd have is to put lights down all the stairs to the beach and fire pit. It gets very dark at night and those stairs are steep and dangerous since they aren't lit up so we had to always use our phones to see. Very well lit lights would be highly recommended as an addition for extra safety and people being able to see while walking down to the beach and fire pit. Outside of that, the property was great!

Amazing stay!!! The place was perfect. Only con about the stay is there isn’t really much going on in the town.

What a beautiful home! Honestly, I don’t think the pictures even do this home justice. We fell in love and didn’t want to leave! Beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and so incredibly cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of room for a large group. It was so convenient to have a full bathroom on each floor. The kitchen is beautifully updated with high end appliances, all the cooking equipment/utensils and even extras like K-cups and paper products. An updated and gorgeous bathroom on the main floor as well. The attention to detail continues outside too. Tons of seating around a bonfire pit, a fire table and a gorgeous and spacious outdoor table covered by a solid canopy, complete with bistro lights. The best part is you just steps away from the beach which felt very private. Location was nice too with the closest city being Caseville. Julia was responsive and helpful with all my questions. We had a wonderful and memorable time here and would love to return.
