Nuestra casa esta bien distribuida con un amplio porche que cuenta con bar, zona de estar con TV y mesa de ping pong. La sala de estar y el comedor están uno al lado del otro. La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor grande con sistema de sonido envolvente. La cocina, está equipada con todo lo esencial y muchos utensilios de cocina no esenciales. El garaje cuenta con un par de bicicletas que los huéspedes pueden usar a su conveniencia y un pequeño gimnasio de pesas libres, equipo kinestésico y Peloton (el espacio no tiene aire acondicionado, pero la insulacion permite entrenar por la mañana o por la tarde). Los tres dormitorios cuentan con conexiones fáciles para dispositivos de carga y armarios de almacenamiento. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un área de trabajo con dos monitores con conexión USB-C para laptops. Los baños con bañera/ducha cuentan con cabezales de ducha agradables y una potente presión de agua. El cuarto verde cuenta con una literas de tamaño completo, ideales para jóvenes, parejas o niños. Hay algunos juegos de mesa disponibles. En el patio trasero hay un oasis de recreación con una piscina y un jacuzzi para 6 personas con potentes chorros de masaje. El jacuzzi cuenta con un televisor justo encima para que puedas ver tus partidos o programas favoritos mientras estás en el spa. Hay una parrilla de 5 quemadores y un gazebo con sillas, una mesa de fogata de propano y un ventilador. El patio está bien iluminado por la noche y es un espacio ideal para socializar.

Guests have full use of the house, including a spacious kitchen. Four bedrooms with memory foam mattresses ensure you can sleep comfortably. The dining room table can seat 6-8. In the living room there’s a comfortable seating area across the room from a large desk - great for those traveling for work! There is a separate laundry room off the back patio. Guests will have complimentary use of detergent. Iron and ironing board are also available for guest use. On the property there’s an occupied mother-in-law apartment - with separate parking and it’s own entrance so that guests staying in the house are not disturbed by the apartment’s full-time occupant. The backyard is also has a dividing fence for house guests’ privacy. As a guest staying at the house you will have privacy, but I’m local nearby and can assist guests at their request. Behind the house is an occupied apartment that has its own entrance, parking, and backyard. Nestled into a cluster of moss-draped oaks, the house is only a short drive from restaurants and shops in Lake Mary and quaint downtown Sanford. The best way to navigate the area is by car. There are several car rental agencies nearby, with the Orlando-Sanford International Airport just 5-7 min drive.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home will allow you to vacation in comfort and style. We have recently completed many upgrades to the property, including a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms.
