Such a beautiful place. The attention to detail is amazing. Great wood accents are complemented by lush plants throughout the house. Great library and loft to hang out in, work remote etc. Look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

The Mountain views were great! Loved waking up to the views of multiple mountains. Lots of nearby trails, a nearby lake you can walk around, and some great restaurants not far away. Also close to Denver while feeling secluded. Would highly recommend!

We LOVED staying at Laura’s place. Very clean, decorated beautifully and a great view of Pikes Peak. Loved the hot tub after a busy day hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Staying here was a real treat.

Had an amazing time on this trip. It was a fantastic first airbnb experience. Jacquie was fast to respond to every message and even sent recommendations on great local activities. She also provided games, a cute Polaroid for the guest book, and some great vinyls. The bathroom was simply amazing. We were obsessed with the shower. We didn't get the chance to use the hot tub cause we were so busy, but it seemed easy and there were plenty of detailed instructions for everything you could possibly need to know about the place. Highly recommend checking out The Garden Of The Gods state park. It was one of the best parts of the trip and it's a short drive from the airbnb.

Beautiful place that you feel at home right away. Stunning views from the big deck, with lots of space to explore and walk around. Great for our dog. They have the place setup so dogs can be comfortable and it is easy to go on walks. Hosts are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and welcoming. Will definitely book again!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay! Charley and Mari were proactive about communicating with us from the day we reserved the space to the end of our stay. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable; just as the listing described. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town!

Cheryl and her house-sitter, Amanda, were great hosts. The place is just as described and super clean. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood and I used uber to get around. Cheryl and Amanda were very helpful and accommodating.

It was decorated cute and quirky. Lots of character. Perfect for one or two people. You can hear the people upstairs at times but that was expected for a basement apartment.

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! So peaceful and tucked away, surrounded by a forest of trees. Coffee on the deck in the morning with birds chirping and sun shining was perfection. The downstairs space was a great spot to kick back and watch a game on the big screen after a day of outdoor adventures. Lots of thoughtful touches, our favorite being all the things you need for your furry friends. Dog toys, leashes, treats, even Kongs with peanut butter. Our pups were in heaven. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Michael's home. We gathered in Denver for a college graduation and Michael's home provided a wonderful environment for a memory making weekend! I highly recommend this home and we'd definitely return. Wonderful setting and beautiful home!! Thank you Michael!

We loved staying at this place! So many pots and pans so it was easy to cook meals for our family! Two bedrooms and two baths with comfortable beds! Host was helpful! We’d stay here again!

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

I've been living out of Airbnbs for the last year and Dale has hands down been one of the best hosts. When we arrived super late on a Sunday night and had work the next morning, Dale had left us cinnamon rolls, OJ, and coffee so we could have a fresh start in the morning. During our stay he coffee maker broke and Dale had it replaced within a couple hours and dropped off additional coffee as well. Location is great. 2min walk from movement climbing gym and short walk to a grocery store. Airbnb is as pictured.

We spent 9 days at Jalina's home over Christmas and then our son's wedding. We had 14 guests stay (including adults & young children) and did not feel cramped with the spaciousness of the home. The tri-level home also provided a nice setup for some to work remotely, others to have quiet time, the kids to play in a kid-friendly environment, & the whole group to gather together frequently. Bathrooms & beds were adequate for this number of people, and plenty of towels, blankets and linens were readily available. The indoor toys & outdoor playsets were a great blessing too! The park was much closer than I expected (almost across the street!) and provided additional running room for the little ones. Nearby to a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as other Colorado Springs attractions (like Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods). Neighborhood was quiet! Jalina was always very quick and responsive to messages. Overall, a fabulous home that I would highly recommend! A very homey stay!
