I highly recommend this place for a small family or a small group. Riv’s Cottage is so cute and cozy. The staff was nice, everything you needed was on the Resort. I took my kids for Spring Break, we also went into town which is only 10mins away, waterparks, Arcades and good eats! If you want a home away from home check out Riv’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome stay! Beautiful location on the water. Amenities as listed. Very clean and well appointed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Hope to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family gathering required a lot of space, and the house did not disappoint. The pool table was a hit for the kids in the basement, and the adults had plenty of space to sit back and relax. The cabin was clean and everyone felt comfortable. It was a good option for our large group.

Exceptional view of the lake with great amenities. Sunrise right into home, so it's light and bright. Shade in the later afternoon/evening on the deck (overlooking lake), so that space was fantastic too. Main level has master suite and primary bath with tub/shower combo; open floorplan kitchen/dining/living area and fantastic walk-out deck with grill and table to seat a crowd. Above ground deck means fewer mosquitos! Second floor level is a 'bunk' room for multiple guests (but no bathroom up there). Lower level has second master bedroom with additional bathroom; bar area and another walk-out ground floor deck. Overall fantastic spaces, well outfitted for a small family or a crowd. Rowboat and kayaks weren't used (too cold - water was 50 degrees!). Fishing rods too. Thank you for the very nice place to stay!

Great location for fishing either lake or the river. Roomy, open space. Great U driveway, so you don't have to back in a boat trailer. Frank is very accommodating and communicates well.

We had a very nice stay with a multi-generational family of 7 plus 2 dogs. The location was great (we were able to watch ducks and bald eagles from the pier). The house was very well equipped and spacious, and provided many spaces for us to gather and move around. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. The host was very responsive to our questions as we planned for our trip. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and appreciate the effort that the hosts made to provide an accommodating vacation spot!

We loved our stay at the Nord haus! It's location is amazing. We felt surrounded by nature, yet the attractions of the Dells were minutes away. Mirror Lake state park is only 5 driving minutes away and any time spent there is well worth it. I recommend the Lakeview, Echo Rock and Ishnala trail loop. The property itself felt peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Some of the things we enjoyed most were: beautiful views of pines and the river; cozy, comfortable bedrooms; the wood burning stove and fun, interesting decor. A highlight was finding a copy of Chief Si'ahl's letter hanging on the wall and reading it to my sons. There was also a set of question cards on the table that were fun conversation starters.

Need better directions on where to leave the key should u lock the door where to find the outside light it was pitch black out there good thing for cell phone light

Our family enjoyed our stay with spring brook. The home was big enough to accommodate our big family. Upon arrival the house was nicely cleaned. The beds are a little sunken when sleeping but we still had good night rest. There are surprisingly a decent amount of pots/pans to cook for a big family. We’ll definitely be back again in the future!

This was our second stay at Jody & Jana's property and it was just as wonderful on this visit. The location is so peaceful and we spent a lot of time on the large balcony overlooking Lake Dalton. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristinely clean and they provided an abundance of towels and linens. This will always be our go to rental for trips to the Dells.

Really nice apartment in a beautiful location right on the river. So peaceful in the morning. Very easy to find and get into. Exactly as described. Coffee pot with coffee bags, sugar and creamer including microwave popcorn and chocolate biscuits. Nice welcome pack. Lots of cutlery crockery and pans but didn’t see any oil or condiments. If you are going to cook you’d need to bring some. Had problems with the tv instructions but after contacting Ashley somebody came to the condo within 15 mins and sorted out for us. May need to update instructions or check settings haven’t been touched to save inconvenience. Just to note the smaller bedroom has the boiler in it which is very noisy. We had ear plugs so was ok for us but if you come in the cold weather and need heating you would need to bear in mind. Overall a lovely stay in a quiet area of town within a short walk to all amenities. Would recommend.

The house is exactly as described. We had a group of 12 in town for a golf weekend and really enjoyed the location, layout, and massive table. Highly recommend!

The house is great and there's lots of space to spread out. We had some issues with the HVAC and the staff was super responsive and helpful. We all got it figured out together. You need to bring all products for bathing/shampoo/conditioner. Also, need to bring your own laundry soap. The pool was fantastic fun for our crew! We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to bring your family for a nice weekend getaway. Downtown Wisconsin dells is only a 10 minute drive and the resort has a golf course and indoor/outdoor pool for the kids to enjoy.
