We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

We had a wonderful and much needed get away - Exploring New Bern was great - so convenient and we really appreciated how peaceful Lil'dock was. More spacious that the photos showed and so clean and neat! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and seeing the sunset.

Excellent apartment! Great location, easy walk to all of downtown Wilmington. Very clean and just as described with lots of nice touches. Would definitely recommend.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Beautiful charming old house perfect for our 2 day visit. The beds were so cozy and linens were so incredibly soft. We loved all the extras, hair ties, q-tips, shampoo, plenty of towels. The host thought of everything extra to do for guests. We would stay again as it was a perfect location to walk to everything downtown.

Cassi was able to accommodate our last minute housing needs. We were very appreciative.

Our stay was wonderful. We travel with our dogs so having the fenced in back yard was amazing. The home is in a secure neighborhood with kind neighbors. The living room has 2 large couches and 2 chairs which was great when our family came to visit. Each bedroom has a tv as well as the living room, which was nice. Daniel was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay visiting family and spending time on the large back porch with our dogs.

I travel for work and stay at all sorts of air b and b's and this by is my absolute favorite place! From the moment I stepped into the door I felt like I was walking into my own home. It was spotless! So clean everywhere! Anything you needed it was all there! The back yard is huge! Great for those who have pets! The bedrooms are super spacious and the beds arr comfortable! The garage was so nostalgic with all the games and the pool table! For me it was the perfect home! i would definitely recommend and if I ever come back I hope they are available so I can book again!!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

Super close to the beach access. Adorable place with everything you need! Wendy checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was super sweet. You can hear the ocean, the view is lovely from the porch. Would stay again for sure. The walls are a little thin so I would just be mindful and respectful of the neighbors below. We didn’t have the same respect when someone stayed above us on the last evening so just be mindful of the neighbors.

This was a beautiful studio. It was so nicely decorated. Really enjoyed my weekend here!

The condo was perfect for our quick trip to Carolina Beach. The bed was wry comfortable and the coffee bar was a great touch. Unfortunately the boardwalk was under construction and many restaurants had long wait times due to staffing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved that the beach was easy to get to.
