Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.
