Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk menampung keluarga besar seperti kami. Ada beberapa tempat untuk ngumpul dan berbincang ; teras yang cukup nyaman, ruang makan yang bisa menampung banyak orang dan peralatan masak yang cukup lengkap, dan ada balkon yang cukup luas yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat bermain anak. Tuan rumah dan pengurus rumah juga sangat ramah. Walaupun sharing tempat dengan penguni lain, namun tidak mengurangi kenyamanan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan karena kami tiba sangat cepat kami tepat diijinkan cek in lebih awal. Sangat recommended

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Our whole family really enjoyed staying at Eddy and Tita's house. The house is spacious, comfortable, and feels just like home. The facilities provided were also very complete. The kids were very happy staying there. The location is strategic, close to shopping centers. The neighborhood is very conducive, making us feel at ease spending time at the house. Thank you Eddy & Tita for the hospitality! Hope someday we can revisit.

Many restaurants around only at downstairs, have a nice view of Jakarta.

The room was very stylish and exactly like the photos. It was comfortable and cozy. The apartment area is also super convenient with two minimarkets and several places to eat nearby. The road in front of the apartment can get quite congested at times, but overall, it was still a pleasant stay!

Nowys place was so nice, we ended up staying extra time in Jakarta! We are on a long trip and it was so nice to have the little things provided - water, toiletries and children's toys and books for the little ones to play with. Also the shower is so good! Handy to be close to the mall - you can access via the 3rd floor (through the adjacent tower).

This place is jem for those who wants to take advantage of Jakarta. Going from one place to another is breeze, especially when you are booking a taxi around this location. The house is cozy and clean; I like the way host would leave some munching snacks in the apartment. Jakarta is not always friendly when it comes to finding quick bites. Having a tidbits for the guest sure help alot, sometimes. Thank you Acewin.

숙소는 사진과 같습니다. 방에 바퀴벌레 한마리 없었습니다. 호스트는 응답속도가 매우 빠르고 피드백을 적극 반영합니다. (화장실 전등 바로 고쳐줌 등) 위치는 taman angrrek mall 걸어서 3분, Central Park mall 10분 이내 입니다. 기회가 된다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

I enjoyed staying in Al’s apartment. It has everything I needed for a 3 nights stay. The check in was intuitive. Al provided clear instructions and always being responsive for questions. The apartment is clean and its location is superb. Taking a walk to Epicentrum Mall, Pasar Festival for food and groceries is doable. LRT is also within reach. I’d definitely come back. Thanks Al for your hospitality!

lokasi nya cukup strategis ya, dengan fasilitas clubhouse yang bagus menurut saya, sayang blm sempat dipakai karena kesibukan. lobby tower nya mudah ditemukan, tersedia di google map. terdapat mailboxes untuk bertukar access key dan kunci. lift yang yersedia ada 5, dan naik turun nya cukup cepat, tidak banyak antrian jadinya. ukuran kamar studio ini hanya cocok untuk maximal 2 orang saja. kamar sangat bersih, kamar mandi juga. serta dapur dan peralatan yang memadai jika ingin stay lebih dari seminggu maupun beberapa bulan. overall experiences sangat menyenangkan, dari dan menuju airport pun cukup mudah karena lokasi berada di jalur keluar dan masuk toll.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay because of the renovation but I stayed nearby for a month and this is a great location. one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. Definitely. Look here first when i'm coming back and great communication

Very nice appartement. The building’s swimming pool is amazing with a nice view on Jakarta’s high buildings. Definitely recommend it.

I am so lucky to find this place! And im lucky that i was the first person who booked this place. At first i had a lot of questions beacuse it was new in Airbnb, and so happy that the host is so friendly! And fast response! I had no regret book this place! I LOVED ITTT!!! It had a big livingroom, bedrooms. Felt like home🥰 And it is easy to go anywhere too. It is totally worth it!🫶🏻
