Fifteen minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to downtown Fergus. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.

The Farm Shed has air-conditioning and a natural gas fireplace for heating, supplemented by an electric heater wall unit that makes it comfortable all year round.
