Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Il grande giardino è a disposizione anche dei miei ospiti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il "nostro" pittoresco lago, Milano e la vicina Svizzera con Lugano.

La cucina ricavata nella roccia di Moltrasio rende fresco l'ambiente nei mesi estivi. Camera da letto con cabina armadio e bagno padronale. Soggiorno con divano letto e bagno di servizio.
