Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay in this magnificent cabin was nothing short of magical—it truly felt like we were living in a movie scene! While the listing description was flawless, the pictures don’t do it justice. The cabin is even more breathtaking in person, offering a pristine and serene escape. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Lori and Scott are exceptional hosts—attentive, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions before and during our stay. The cabin itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it a true home away from home. Lori and Scott’s warmth and hospitality made us feel more like friends and family rather than just guests. We had a great girls trip to this cabin! Private, quiet setting with plenty of space for the 5 of us. We loved the location and the quick drive to town and the hot springs. Comfy, clean beds and nice, spacious bathrooms. There are only bathtubs however, and the downstairs bathroom is the only one with a shower head, so just be mindful of getting in/out safely! Plenty of spices and utensils for cooking, we even grilled! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Bernadette was a great communicator. Would love to stay here again the next time I’m in BV!

Staying at Russ’s cabin was such a peaceful and memorable experience! The location is quiet, scenic, and truly gives you that “escape to the country” feeling. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. My friends and I had an amazing time—whether we were sitting around enjoying the view or just unwinding in the peaceful atmosphere, it was exactly what we hoped for. Russ was a fantastic host, and everything was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a calm, country retreat. We’ll definitely be back!

Kerry was such a great host! Super responsive and kind which is always a plus, but the house is something special. The location is perfect, kind of in the middle of nowhere, but also 12 minutes from town. It’s obvious that nice things are important to Kerry. The high quality tv, the Sonos system was so easy to connect to, the gold silverware, the beds are really cozy, the yoga studio, the hot tub (the most amazing hot tub I’ve ever experienced, the smell is amazing), good quality pots and pans, the rainfall shower! Even the quality of the toilet paper and paper towel were noticed. (Soft close toilet lids earned major points too) And I almost forgot the views! Drinking coffee on the deck was one of our favorite parts. No wonder this place is always booked. I will for sure sneak in again though! Thank you Kerry!

On a scale of 1-10 this place is a 12. We spent weeks looking at different cabins for vacation and always ended up back at this one. When we got there we found the description to be understated as it was way more then could be put into words. Everyday was more stunning then the one before , the host were always very prompt with answers to any questions we had. With just a short drive to Leadville we could find anything we needed. I highly recommend that if you rent this cabin that you visit the cabin before any shopping for supplies as it is very well stocked. We did pick up some corn feed and bird seed which kept us very entertained with wildlife we were able to see and watch 11 different species of beautiful birds. We spent 9 days here and wish it could have been longer but we are already talking about booking another trip but at a different time of year. If your looking for the perfect place for a long stay or even just a weekend getaway look no further.

The views are absolutely breathtaking. I loved having coffee and watching the sun come up! The cabin was very roomy and had plenty of space for everyone. This is our second time coming and I’m sure we will be back.

Perfect stay. Great hosts. This is their second home, fully equipped. If you stay here please treat it as your own. Location is quiet, with an amazing view & close proximity to Buena Vista for shopping, hiking, water sports. Lotsa room for a big family, or 2 couples and kids. I had it all to myself for 7 nights. Kids room has bunk beds. Wifi was plenty fast with the living room smart Tv and surround sound system. Plenty of parking for several cars with easy access on county maintained dirt roads.

Judy & Mark's AirBnB is beautiful. Very well appointed. Everything you need. The view is spectacular. We had a wonderful relaxing time.

This was my first time using Airbnb. It was a great first experience. The property is tucked into the forest so that you feel in nature. We stayed 5 days and wished it was longer. The wood burning stove as well as the wood burning fireplace were great and the large deck was perfect for cornhole and just relaxing. The owner, Keegan, responded in minutes when messaged, and provided all the information needed.

My group and I had a great stay at the cabin. There was plenty of space for all nine of us to fit comfortably. The cabin was well-stocked with basic necessities and more, making our stay convenient. The host was excellent at communicating and responded promptly to any questions we had. One area for improvement is cleanliness, as some members of our group had to clean up upon arrival. Overall, the cabin was a great place to stay and offered great value. We appreciated the experience and would recommend it.

This cabin lives up to its name! The mountain views are just incredible. The cabin itself was cozy -- just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway with friends. The carpeted downstairs with the pool table was especially comfy and made for a great hangout space during the day.

We had such a great time during our stay. The cabin is just as pictured, plenty of room for relaxing and games. They had lots of games ready for us, even baby toys and books. We loved the large deck and AMAZING views! The driveway was great for our grand daughter to sled down. Thanks for the memories!!

My family and I had a great time staying at Clarissa's place! It's located just a short drive outside the town of Salida, and is both peaceful and private. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, there were tons of games for the kids, and the cabin was very clean. We spent our weekend going on hikes, fishing the Arkansas river, and enjoying what nature had to offer. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. We'll be back! PS: She has an excellent vinyl collection that I strongly recommend checking out.

Very nice home nestled in the tree line at base of Mt. Yale. Very quite and peaceful area and close to Buena Vista and local attractions. Host provides a thorough welcome book provided prior to arrival that has all the information needed along with suggestions for local restaurants and other area offerings. Would recommend for those looking for quiet away from the crowds and in a beautiful setting.

Matt and Casey's spot was easy to find and clean. Definitely a little retro spot with close access to pitkin trail systems.

My wife and two older teen boys stayed here on our way to Monarch for the evening. The place is extremely private and secluded, which we loved. It’s such a cute and cozy cabin that really makes you feel like you’re out in the mountains. The host had a fire already going before we arrived and some of the lights turned on since we arrived in the dark. Woke up in the morning and saw the cutest miniature goats, chicken and a horse a few hundred feet from the cabin, which my wife fell in love with.

We had a great time at Brian’s cabin. Beautiful surroundings, plenty of space for everyone, fully stocked kitchen and upgraded bathrooms. The view from the deck is top notch. Everyone in the family gave it 5 stars! We enjoyed the history of the family as well. The directions were easy to follow to get there. The locals are super friendly as well. We would come back!

Have stayed in an air bnb of Melissas twice and both time were fantastic, the cabin was clean and had all neccessities that we required!

We truly enjoyed the home. It was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the shape of the house, very unique. The location was perfect for traveling to Vail and Leadville.

We loved staying in the cabin! It had a cozy decor and rustic elements. There was also a great view of the mountains, and the property was quite big and full of bird activity. We were surprised to find a microwave, and the kitchen was well stocked. Jessica and Walter provided everything you needed to start a fire in the stove, which was great for us as beginners. The neighboring towns, Leadville and Buena Vista are both very charming and easy to get to. Our trip was mainly for hiking in the area, and Twin lakes itself has lots of wonderful hikes within a few minutes of driving from the cabin. Would highly recommend!
