Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

Historic 5 Cedarwood Ave was originally constructed in 1910 as a library/bowling alley for Fort Screven on Tybee Island. The 2022 restoration of the building included 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, modern bowling lane with automatic ball return and pin setter in the middle of the rental space, white kitchen with Carrara marble counters, separate mini bar, in-unit laundry, a heated pool, private yard, there is also an on-site golf cart to rent.
