Wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very communicative and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed this Airbnb it was absolutely amazing! It was very spacious and beautiful—honestly, the pictures don't do it justice! I had such a great experience and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

My family and I wanted a quick and short getaway. The space worked out for us because I have two toddlers so the play area accommodated them so. It really accommodated all the guest. My children are wanting to return as soon as possible.

We absolutely loved Richard’s home and hope to stay here again in the future. Richard is very accommodating and thoughtful. As a Librarian, I really appreciated his hand written note and attention to detail. The house is so beautiful, charming, and artistically designed. Also, the historical aspect of such a home is just heart warming. It was perfect for our creative retreat! We had everything we needed including space to spread out and let the creativity flow without interruptions. The view and outside space is lovely and well cared for. Nights by the fire pit and the readily available firewood made it that much more enjoyable. While the house was comfortably and serenely secluded for true relaxation, downtown Tryon is conveniently close enough to explore and enjoy. Overall, we absolutely loved everything about staying here! We hope to stay here again soon!

Matt's place has incredible views of Lake Lure, providing a vista that exceeded our expectations. Check-in was easy and fast. The property was spotless upon arrival. The privacy of the property was ideal, no neighbors in sight as the property sits atop a hill on a larger lot. I will miss waking up to sunrises over Lake Lure and the surrounding mountains! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain house in Rutherfordton! The views were stunning, the rooms were cozy and well-designed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s home. Her parents, Ed and Kay welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They provided wine and delicious snacks for us and also gave us passes to Rumbling Bald. The place is right on the lake and absolutely beautiful. The inside is much more beautiful than in the pictures, as it is tastefully decorated and good quality linens and towels were provided. They had every thing available that we could need, expensive toiletries and plenty of floats and kayaks. I can’t say i’ve ever stayed at an air bnb that was so thoughtfully appointed before. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay in an excellent location with easy access to TIEC, charming towns, mountains, and more. East to see why this apartment is so popular. David was a great host. His communications were clear and timely and also very friendly and caring. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, I already recommended this place to my family and expect we will be back

Tammy’s place was amazing! Probably the cleanest AirB&B I have resided in. Pictures don’t do the place justice! I would say you have to experience it to understand! The hospitality was off the charts and we even had welcoming snacks waiting on us when when we arrive even though we arrived late. It’s a great getaway that allows you to decompress from daily living. I would recommend this place to everyone! The only complaint that I had was that there was a South Carolina flag at the entrance but don’t worry I will bring a Georgia one the next time I stay! It’s a 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back!

Was extremely pleased with this apartment. For a single woman traveling solo with a loaded vehicle, it was exactly what I needed. I felt safe and secure. The living quarters are exactly as shown in the photos, in fact, they were better. Super cute place. Communication was amazing with Kedron. Thank you. I will definitely look into this place again should I find myself in the area, I would highly recommend! ☺️

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

This is our second time staying at Lia’s Villa’s. It is a beautiful retreat and very private. It is only 9 minutes from TIEC if you’re coming for horse related activities!

Nice and quiet get away, just what we wanted.

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!
