If you are coming to work or visit, this house is perfect becuz its near, but, quiet & private. Fast wifi business needs. Deck in back, basement gym & laundry rm. It is pin clean. No pets allowed. Safe bike paths, at Bauman Pk, boat & kayak launch, tennis, jogging, gazebos, benches, town w pubs & resturants.

I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no great soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request.
