This renovated Blue Water Motel is amazing! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Imagine getting morning brewed coffee from the van out the front and then it is just a short walk across the road to the beautiful beach - perfect for sunrise and sunset strolls! The room was stylish and super comfortable, and the shared spaces like the pool and alfresco area made it easy to relax with a book. The reception is stocked with thoughtful "clean ingredient" products! Our dog loved it too, especially lounging by the pool with us. A perfect coastal Kingscliff getaway!

I had an amazing stay at Aaron’s place ! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and top-rated restaurants , which made getting around super convenient. Aaron was a fantastic host—friendly, warm, and responsive. He made sure everything was ready and was always there for help. The room is located in a great hotel with amazing views. We had access to all common amenities including the pool and got everything needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely love to stay here again on my next visit! Kate a was a fantastic host and this location was great start to my first trip to Australia. Everything was within walking distance and the room we were provided was very clean and welcoming. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to Gold Coast for the first time!

Sophia’s two Queen bed room was GREAT! It was exactly what we needed: great location, great pool, great mountain/city views, great hotel, great little fridge, great nearby restaurants, great peace and quiet, and great beach nearby! The ‘kitchenette cupboard’ had all the cutlery, plates, cups, glasses necessary, but it could’ve done with a 2 piece toaster - that would’ve topped it off! 🙂 Getting in was a bit tricky as the lockbox was very sensitive and it took 3 goes, but otherwise we had an amazing time! 🙂

The location is perfect! Just one minute walking to the tram and one minute walking to the beach. Surfer’s main shopping area is two blocks away. It was an amazing stay and Sophia was always sending messages to check our stay. The room is spacious and could accommodate us four comfortably.

We had a wonderful few days at The Manor.....great communication, spacious rooms, excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. We have stayed here before as we love the old world charm and the quiet, central location.
