Trudy's Cheyenne Apartment

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code. The apartment is not baby friendly, no crib provided.

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this serene, centrally located Avenues hot spot. Across the street is the darling Central Cafe where you can grab a morning cup and breakfast, or make it right from the fully stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee and hot cocoa provided. Only a block away is Lions Park with a trail around Sloan’s Lake, the new pickleball courts (equipment in closet), and Cheyenne Frontier Days grounds. Pull up in your private driveway, enter the access code, and enjoy. This property features a master bedroom with a full on suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Open concept living room with couch, TV, large bar and kitchen. Peaceful outdoor patio and yard. This is a walkout basement suite, part of home.
