We had a great stay. The house is fantastic and right on the beach with a beach cafe just 100 metres away. James was really responsive and helpful.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

We had a fantastic stay at Leanne’s. The house is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and cosy too. We had breakfast in the sun in her beautiful peaceful garden. There is a folder full of recommendations for the area and beyond. Location was great with a bus stop less than 5 mins walk away. Thank you so much!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

Beautiful sea views with outside furniture to enjoy the sun. Very well appointed flat, tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly and responsive host. Clear instructions left inside the flat. The flat is at the end of a street which will remain closed for some time. It is great for parking as the restrictions are lifted and you can park right outside. However it is a longer walk to the city centre. The route to the sea front is unaffected. I would greatly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

It’s a nice apartment that is 2 mins walk from Sandown Pier. Mark and Veronica are nice friendly hosts and are very responsive. Parking on the street might get tricky during busy times but then you get access to a parking space in a nearby hotel (which I didn’t use so no comment on that). Thanks

Wish we had discovered Harley place before. It is so comfortable and the views are amazing. We have never slept so well in any other Airbnb. As there was just the 2 of us and dog we took advantage of using the bed with the views looking over the lagoon. No need to use a car as there is a bus into Brighton just outside the front door. Lots of good pubs in Shoreham town to stop off at, which can be reached by bus or 20 mins walk. We sat with freshly brewed coffee each morning in the bay window overlooking the lagoon and sea. Communication is brilliant too. Would highly recommend this place.

Auf der Reise durch Südengland mit meiner Großmutter und meiner Schwester hatten wir das Glück, dieses Goldstück zu finden. Die Unterkunft hat schon beim Öffnen der Tür einen behaglichen Eindruck gemacht und die hausgemachten Brownies zur Begrüßung waren sehr lecker. Nachdem wir uns die Wohnung angeschaut hatten, waren wir uns einig, dass wir am liebsten länger als unsere zwei gebuchten Nächte hier verbringen wollen würden - leider hatten wir natürlich keine Chance, der Kalender war noch uns bereits wieder ausgebucht. Der große Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich lädt dazu ein, sich dort gerne aufzuhalten. Die Sofas sind bequem, der Esstisch war schön groß und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den dazugehörigen Badezimmern sind sehr schön, haben viel Platz und ließen für uns keine Wünsche offen. Meine Großmutter hat die Möglichkeit genutzt zu baden und war begeistert. Und wir Enkeltöchter waren auch begeistert - von dem starken Strahl der Dusche! Vielen Dank!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront apartment! The location couldn’t be better with breathtaking views of the sea right from the windows and balcony. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The parking was so convenient which made coming and going super easy. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore the coast, this place is a gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Amazing stay at this clean, well-maintained apartment with breathtaking sea views in Bognor Regis. The host was very thoughtful and responsive, and waking up to the sound of waves was magical. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

A very comfortable stay after a warm welcome. Everything was beautifully clean and the bed was a pleasure to sleep in. We loved the privacy and quiet.

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

This was our first staying at Fiona's and it was lovely. She provided clear check in instructions, the entrance was private as it was through a back garden with a nice little seating area that we enjoyed a few times. The place was spotless upon arrival, the fridge had a few goodies like milk, jam, cold water, and prosecco which was a surprise bonus. There was also a pack of croissants and snack bites. The location gets a beautiful cross breeze when you open the windows, and it got chilly enough during our stay that we got to use the wood stove. The instructions provided in the guest book were perfect and made it easy to do. The bed size feels like a rare find and the mattress was comfy. Plenty of linens provided, the kitchen is well stocked, there's books if you want to to read outside, and the place is in great walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely look at staying here again!
