We had a great stay. The house was exceptionally clean and had a lot of nice details, like a parking spot, adjustable, comfortable beds, room darkening shades, full length mirrors and tvs in each room, and plenty of extra linens and pillows. Location was perfect for our needs and felt safe. One side of the apartment looks out onto the landing so we mostly kept those windows closed but the other side had a nice view into the treetops. I would stay here again and would recommend if you're in Chico!

Great place to stay! Unit was comfortable and gave us a space to relax comfortably after being busy while we in Paradise. The host was easy to communicate with and was thoughtful, I let her know we were going to be checking in super late and she left lights on for us so we didn’t have to fumble around in the dark.

This is my second stay at Paradise Boutique. The place is quiet and peaceful, and accommodations are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Chelsea is a welcoming hostess and effective communicator

Chelsea is always my go-to when my family and friends are in town. They are walking distance to my home so no one feels like they're have been "shoved off" to a hotel. Chelsea is always responsive to questions and if I need to make any little adjustments.
