This cozy and unique space is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are 1/4 mile walking distance to lower Bidwell park, and an 8 minute bike ride to downtown. We have a pool available for use upon request when booking, cute patio, FULL kitchen, and more! We live on site in the front house and are available for any need, but will stay out of your way unless otherwise requested. You have a private entrance to the back, and a private parking spot off the street.

The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, which is suitable for children . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
