About Rahul: Other than for asking address and asking for kitchen/cooked food, we did not interact with him. This is because the caretaker took care of the rest. About the place: The upper floor was part of airbnb. So we had 3 rooms and a sit out for having food. Two of the rooms have amazing view. The third room borders another house and does not have a view. The location is quite scenic. A few steps and you walk to the edge of the valley and can see beautiful sunrise and sunset. The rooms, linen & most imp. the bathrooms are v.clean. Now don't expect 5 star luxuries. The place is very safe. It is isolated but that is what we wanted. About the food: The caretaker Sunita takes good care of you. Very punctual. If you ask for food at 8:30 it will be there. Food is of excellent quality. Though we did not try non-veg, and stuck only with Marathi dishes. The food is served fresh and hot. Most importantly Tea is also very nice. Overall not for luxury, great place to chill with family.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

Sonia is very sweet and responsive. The flat was clean and all the instructions were readily available It was a very smooth check in and out process The view from the balcony is stunning you will forget you are in Pune for a little while ❤️ Can’t wait to book this property again

Varsha is a very good host. She was very responsive and helped us right from check-in to other needs. She was polite and humble. The Flat is situated on 14th floor and the view from balcony is mesmerizing. I would recommend this place for sure.

Our host made the experience extra special by sharing detailed local insights and recommending hidden gems as well as the best times to visit nearby attractions. The caretaker added to the charm by preparing delicious home-cooked meals that felt like a warm embrace from home. Overall, outstanding hospitality, breathtaking views, and a prime location made my stay at Panchagni an unforgettable retreat.
