Counter space for meals. Large living room. Master bedroom with queen bed, bunks beds. Deck & Grill 40 ft of lake frontage, private dock. Paddle kayaks, hike trails from property. The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

Great spot on quiet private road just 18 miles from Burlington. Perfect for visitors to UVM, St. Michaels, and other colleges. 20 minutes to Smuggler's Notch Ski Area. Beautifully remodeled Lake House on Arrowhead Mt Lake. Lake is just a yards from front door and outside deck. Fantastic rock fire pit with natural seating around.
