Quaint, quirky & pet friendly, a two bedroomed property, originally built as a potter’s studio, located in a stunning location directly below the National Trust’s Overbecks House & very close to the SW Coastal path. Within mature orchards & gardens, arranged over a single ground floor, there are two small but cosy bedrooms each having a velux skylight window. A spacious open plan sitting, dining & kitchen area is decorated & furnished in 'eclectic and rustic’ style with some vintage furniture.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Tilly's is a delightful warm and cosy cottage with all the trappings of luxury and good design. Long, private drive on a 50 acre farm. Super-fast WiFi. Full kitchen. Undercover parking. The bathroom boasts a walk in shower & roll top bath with 100 twinkling stars above your head. Hot tub hut with wood burning stove and a BBQ (in the summer). Large garden. There's lots to see and many reasons to just relax! Just over 2 miles to the nearest beach and 30 mins drive from beautiful Dartmoor.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Valley View is located in the most tranquil setting close to the south Devon coastline, you can access popular areas such as Salcombe, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge all within 30 minutes. Totally detached, no road noise or interruptions… utter tranquillity. Admire the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets followed by an explosion of colour across the sky. As the night sets in, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple outside and spend your evening stargazing over the valley from the hot tub.

Short breaks are welcome and you'll be staying in our bright annexe thoughtfully kitted out with a sitting room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs and pretty bedroom and shower room above - your very own tiny cottage! You'll also have a flower-filled courtyard garden and long views across the fields - count real sheep as you doze off...
