Its a five minute walk to a nature preserve, brewpub and biking trail leading into Marquette along Lake Superior and to 47 miles of Heritage Trails. Snowmobile directly from the home to over 400 trails.

The River House

The River House is a two bedroom cottage on the Chocolay River in Marquette, Michigan. It is adjacent to a bike path and walkway that runs through Marquette County, along the shore of Lake Superior. This cozy cottage has a deck and sun room with a view of the river, and is close to beaches, marinas, and the beautiful city of Marquette. The River House is a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Out of respect for our neighbors, we cannot accommodate snow mobiles on the property.

Perched atop a hidden drive in the middle of the city, Adventure Mountain is the highest point in downtown Marquette. This partially off-grid bungalow is quiet, private, comfortable, and unique. High ceilings, luxury mattress, upgraded bathroom, sauna, heated floors, and serene views of trees, birds, and deer. Guests are required to use caution when exploring the rugged terrain of Adventure Mountain. Peaceful and easy breazy.

Green Garden Depot

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette. Due to allergies this a no pet listing.
