You can enjoy your very own space on our lifestyle property. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset on your very own private deck. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.' Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

Garden Studio With Ensuite (Breakfast included)

Welcome to our ensuite studio, surrounded by a peaceful, green & relaxing garden. Perfect for recovering from a long flight. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the central city Plenty of off street parking and an excellent bus service to the central city. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Please be aware that the kitchen & dining area are in the main house and are shared with the hosts. You are very welcome to use both areas. Airport transfers are $15 each way.

The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. Outside there is a private deck with outdoor furniture and a spa.

Located right on the doorstep of State Highway 1 North and South - State Highway 73 West - making it the perfect stop on your way to all the Canterbury Ski Fields and the West Coast.
