Lovey place to stay, had the best sleep and felt at home immediately. Fantastic location and a great host.

Enjoyable stay. Effective warmth from heat pump when required. Comfortable beds. Netflix (etc) easy to navigate. As a keen gardener I enjoyed the garden from several aspects of the house - good indoor/outdoor flow.

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

Exceeded our expectations. Don’t hesitate to book here. Susan was so kind and easy to communicate with. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, and easy to walk everywhere. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Parking is a bit of a challenge but the apartment is very well located and has great views of the city.

The place was incredibly clean on our arrival. Perfect spot for a single or couple. Loads of great Christchurch eateries and local attractions within walking distance. Instructions from the host were excellent and covered all the details really well, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Would happily book again.

I arrived late after a long work day and walked into the heater on, everything impeccably clean (as per usual) and laid out for me. Ann-Marie has high standards… which is just fabulous as a guest. The seperate rooms give a real feeling of a home away from home. Thank you Ann-Marie… I’ll be back soon enough.

Really impressed with the views, the cozy warm space and well lit kitchen. The parking space was easy to access and there was no stress with our big farming ute. We’ll definitely be staying again when we come back to Christchurch. Thanks Barry and Sue!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! The place is extremely well insulated so we didn’t have to touch the aircon at all. It also keeps out most of the traffic noise. The bedroom did still have a bit of traffic noise so if you’re sensitive to that, take earplugs. The bed was firm but comfortable. It’s a beautiful walk to town via the park and river paths. It’s a beautiful place to be when you’re exploring Christchurch.

Lovely clean space. It was great to have onsite parking but also within easy reach of lots of things in the central city. There was plenty of kitchenware and had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Lexia’s apartment in Christchurch. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet super close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and key attractions. The place itself was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Lexia was a great host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

I booked Jo’s place for my parents to stay when they came to visit from overseas. I could not have possibly found a more perfect home away from home for them. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed, clean, and comfortable. And the views!! Jo and Lance were ideal hosts - always friendly, informative, responsive, and available. This is a lovely flat. It was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location - only steps to the Margaret Mary playground, the river walk, and cafes, and a short walk to the central district. We would definitely stay here again!
