This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

⸻ Das Haus und das Grundstück sind angenehm gross. Wir waren acht Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder und haben die Räume sowie die Terrassen und Grünflächen sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Vertreterin waren beide sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Da das Haus sehr nah am Meer liegt und nicht dauerhaft bewohnt ist, sind kleinere Mängel verständlich und nicht weiter störend. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Great Host and a very comfortable and cozy home for our visit to Lucca. Nice and quiet spot and relaxing after our days walking the beautiful city inside the walls. The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Thank you.

Logement proche de l’aéroport, de la gare et du centre-ville. Tout y est parfait ! L’appartement est au calme et bien équipé. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Daniela est très disponible, prend des nouvelles et donne des conseils de visites, de restaurants ou autres. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes de la gare pour aller visiter les cinq terres en train c'était parfait. Merci à Emilia pour son accueil et ses conseils avisés.

Nous remercions vivement Giulia pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Elle nous a recommandé des lieux à voir et nous a donné des explications claires sur le chemin d'accès pour se rendre à la gare de la Spezia Miglianira. Son logement nous a beaucoup plu car il est très spacieux avec une suite parentale et 2 salles de bain/wc. Il est très bien équipé, propre et sa grande terrasse nous a permis de profiter des beaux jours. Le voisinage est calme. Aucun problème de stationnement et pouvoir se rendre à la gare à pied est un véritable atout. Notre séjour de 2 nuits pour visiter les Cinque Terre a été une réussite.

Stefano was very generous, gracious, and accommodating. Communication was excellent, he met us at the train station and carried our luggage. He provided information about the apartment and surrounding areas. We were welcomed with an abundance of fresh fruit, wine, and other items….the focaccia! So good. The terrace has amazing views. We loved hearing the birds outside and the frogs in the evening. Don’t worry, they do not sing all night long. The apartment was very quiet during the night. The beds were very cozy!

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

Our group of 3 was very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and kitchen is newly renovated and modern but we didn't use it much because there are so many restaurants nearby. Do make reservations for dinner or even for some places for lunch time. Great focacia bakery just down the street. Anna Maria also provided extra items for us that was a pleasant surprise.. The main bedroom with king-size bed was nice for us as we like a firm mattress. The elevator to the apartment was a blessing after a long day of walking! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Guido's flat! The location couldn't be better, just a quick 5-minute walk from the train station (perfect for day trips to Cinque Terre) and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of four. Communication with Guido was also very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in Fabrizios Wohnung übernachtet und es war einfach fantastisch. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Wohnung ist für einen Besuch von Viareggio super, die angebotenen Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt und konnten Viareggio einfach erkunden. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen!!!! Danke!
