Kelly was an awesome host—highly responsive and made everything super easy. The house itself is straight out of a magazine—beautifully designed and spotless. The location is perfect, especially if you're playing at Cabot Citrus. After a long day on the course, coming back to unwind by the picture-perfect backyard and pool was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time the house was nice and had plenty of supplies the host was extremely considerate and very quick to respond to ours concerns. Would highly recommend staying there very quiet peaceful setting little no traffic very quiet. Loved our visit thanks again Wade.

My Family always love coming to this house, we enjoy staying here close to local restaurants and activities but private enough to be super relaxing !! We can’t wait to come back!!

The place is secluded and very beautiful! The inside is spacious and plenty of room! We enjoyed the theme rooms! The hottub was amazing and worked perfectly. After walking the property dipping into the pool was a much needed relief! It is literally close to everything, 30 minutes tops but really less. Walmart, restaurants, swimming with manatees is 6 minutes away! Along with plenty of other parks or watering holes! It is a decently stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware! Maria was absolutely amazing, she was very flexible and responded quickly. Definitely would visit again!

If I could rate this place any higher, I would! Audrey communicated faithfully and was very helpful. The home was clean, spacious, and gorgeous., with modern amenities. The kids spent nearly every waking hour in the pool, and the anglers in the family enjoyed fishing right from the property. At Audrey’s suggestion, we rented kayaks from Easy Peasy Kayak Rental, a local husband & wife company, who delivered our kayaks right to our property. Our family spent so much time cooking, eating, playing, and having fun together, and yet there were many places to go for some quiet time, when needed. This is a very private and peaceful location, with occasional airboats going by to keep things entertaining. Our three generation family of nine had been planning for two years for what we called our “once in a lifetime family vacation.” By the time we left, we were all talking about when we can come back!

The house is spacious and welcoming. I was there for one week w my 4 young adult kids. We all had a great time. It has a really well equipped kitchen which I used daily for cooking and baking. It's a nice place whether one wants to be lazy or active. It's close to several State Parks. Very fast communication and sense that they want you to feel happy at their property. We all had a great time and were sad about leaving. I would love to go back again.

Chuck was always very responsive. He made every effort to meet all our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Close to outdoor activities that I came for. Nice area with everything I needed, even had a boat dealer in town. Something I don't have at home.

We absolutely loved the Clark House. The home was very clean and comfortable. Easy to find everything. The beds and bedrooms were perfect for our family. It truly felt like a home away from home. Penny was the best host! Super kind and thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!!

What are great place. It was only about 25 min to two different springs, three sisters and rainbow springs. Super location in a great neighborhood. The back yard is right backed up to a farm where ponies and horses are and even come to say hello. Publix grocery store up the street. Comfortable beds and had everything you needed to make you feel right at home. Traveling with kids is always hard but finding a place like this makes it easier. I would definitely stay here again.

Even though we didn’t spend much time at the house, it’s well-equipped with plenty to do and would be perfect for a longer stay. Great location close to Gainesville. A magical retreat. A perfect spot to appreciate natural Florida. The property is beautiful. A very tranquil spot. From feeding the wild dears, to seeing the beautiful butterflies in the butterfly garden, to fishing off the pier for small bass and watching the mullet jump. A perfect spot to enjoy wildlife by the dock. Great place for his kayaks and a small boat. Enjoyed kayaking around the river. Close drive to Three Sisters springs. Very comfortable home. Great amenities. Great extra having the espresso machine. A great time for our kids to enjoy a perfect Thanksgiving.

Place was clean very quiet neighborhood. Took advantage of nice backyard with grill. Enjoyed our stay definitely would book again.

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home.
