The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

Had a fabulous week exploring Ipswich and Suffolk; this is a great base from which to visit a multitude of places and so much variety from Jimmy's Farm to World War 2 collections to falconry and kayaking to Saxon and medieval history; the furthest we drove was 40 miles. Excellent apartment with interesting views and Kie was a superb host - he met us at the apartment and also messaged during the week to check that everything was ok. Very happy to recommend this apartment and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

This is a very well equipped and clean apartment on the first floor (not ground floor) of a modern apartment 2 minutes walk from Cambridge Station. It's safe and secure. Very comfortable furniture. The balcony overlooks a grassy commons area...and is on the Southside, thus thus a warm sunshine during the day. Thanks to the hosts John and Amy for making this easy and comfortable and safe!

Very convenient location, clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel staff cleaned the apartment and restocked our supplies for the second night of our stay. Highly recommend!

Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. This apartment was in a perfect location, 8 min walk from beach and faur rides. There is a big Sainsbury's only 3 min walk and plenty of restaurants just 3 min walk. The high street with big shops only 5 min walk. The apartment was very cosy and had a balcony. We loved our stay, the only negative is that on 12th floor it was very warm in April and no fan or air conditioning in flat. There is no blind or curtains on balcony window so when sun shines the room gets very very hot. If the owner puts a blind or curtains this would solve that problem. Other than that we had a lovely stay and Maria was an excellent host.

we had a very enjoyable time staying at Jax's apartment . has to be one of the most central accommodations in Cambridge literally a few walk to the centre and at the same time a private and quite setting .. apartment was perfect for out requirements it was also very clean . any questions we had where answered promptly and professional. we will definitely be stating on our next visit

Have to do it again because I was too relaxed and just laid about. Was cold outside which was a shame but next time summer time!

Marius's place is lovely. We loved our stay. The pictures don't justify this beautiful home. You have greenry, park and sunrise views from the bedroom and sunset views from the living room. It just can't get any better! The home is newly renovated and everything is pristine. It's spacious and has everything you might need for your stay. Marius is a super host. He accommodated our requests and was prompt in arranging for all the things we felt missing at home. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Also, there are 2 tube stations and both are approx 10 min walk from the property. Would definitely recommend this place. I'd love to book it again for my future travels.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was calm and peaceful especially with the local walking trails and the hot tub. As well as the peacocks who came up to be fed with the peacock food that was provided; it was a nice touch. Thank you!

Amazing stay at the Loft in Thorndon! Very relaxing location and atmosphere, especially in the hot tub! Lots of local recommendations, we particularly enjoyed the Black Horse pub! Overall amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

Great property at a good price, I chose to stay here while working in the area as a change to hotels, I have absolutely no regrets, similar budget and much nicer than the last few hotels I've stayed in. Great host and amenities, I'll stay here again if I'm in the area and the property is available. Thank you.
