Had a great time, while our own house was being repaired. Felt right at home with all the comforts including a very nice quiet outdoor sitting area. Huge smart TV along with amp, Xbox(I think.) with plenty of games. Very quick reply to enquiries Although very close to train station, no real noise or foot traffic past the house. A great team. Would happily stay again.

We had an amazing stay here. Tania’s service is very high quality from communication to going the extra mile leaving welcome treats for us. The house is incredible and heaps of room for all 6 of our guests. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Perfect location and short walk to beach and shops right there.

Julie's place was a great place for us to stay good location, close enough to the city and most surrounding suburbs etc weren't too far away. it had everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of dog bowls etc. We had a great stay!

Nathan ist ein absolut cooler und entspannter Eigentümer,er wird dir nicht nur über die Unterkunft erzählen ,sondern auch wie man am besten in Perth herumkommt etc . außerdem hat er eine echt nette Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren preis. Wer ein Auto oder Moped hat ist auch mit der Lage absolut bedient nur als Gäste zu Fuß kann es manchmal anstrengend sein etwas zu unternehmen ,jedoch sagt dies nichts über Nathan und seine Angebote aus . weiterführend gab es Verständnis für eigene Makel und es wurde immer höflich wenn nötig appelliert an bestimmte Sachen die verbessert werden sollten. Als letztes will ich noch sagen dass ich jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen kann wenn man denn auch die Betten füllen kann, man kommt absolut auf seine Kosten und manchmal wird man sogar mal mit einem netten kalten Getränk von Nathan belohnt . Würde wieder dahin gehen wenn ich erneut nach Perth fahren würde. Danke nathan !

After arriving, there were some issues that needed addressing. When contacting David, he was quick to respond & help with the issues. He is a great host. The house was lovely and we experienced hardly any noise from the surrounding area. Has a secured back courtyard for dogs, however there is no second screen door on the front door to prevent dogs leaving the house while having the front door open for airflow. Overall, we recommend David as a host and we would happily come back if we can.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year in Janeen’s home in Sorrento. Lovely pool area and spacious interior. House is very homely. Sorrento is lovely and great proximity to lovely beaches, Hillary’s and restaurants.

Top communication from the property manager. The place was great and fit the bill. Place was perfect for kids and in a good location.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Enjoyed a lovely Easter Break with my wife and children at the Holiday Hideaway! Comfortable beds, great pool, BBQ and kitchen was well stocked with all the latest gadgets. Property was very clean well maintained inside and outside. A big thank you to Michelle from the Campbell family.

The place grew on us over our stay and suited our need for space and several beds for the family. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and tidiness for example, the leaves at the front door, was messy, piled up and there was many cobwebs. There is a tree house where by no means is suitable for anyone to be using it, maybe would be safer to pull it down and I found it unusual for an Airbnb not to have full bathroom accessories such as full containers of hand wash and body wash. Most of the windows didn't shut properly. The back decking balustrade was not connected to the house and a child's high chair was placed to hide this safety issue. It was also disappointing that we had to find the cleaning products to clean the outside table as it was thick with dirt and we had to wipe over the benches and dishwasher as this was not cleaned properly. However Tamieka's Place worked well once we settled in. Maybe some TLC is needed to spruce up the place for Airbnb purposes.

My husband and I stayed here with his elderly parents for a week. It was the perfect place for us. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen with all that was required to cook our meals. The beds and bedding were comfortable in large bedrooms. We particularly loved that there was nooks throughout the house that we could each find a space to retreat. We had a car and found the location to be convenient to visit tourist destinations in all directions. There is a shopping centre 5 minute drive away or if you are like us and don’t mind walking, then it’s an easy 20 minutes. It’s set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We would recommend Maureen’s lovely home

This property was very cleaned and had all things needed to live like it’s your own home. I was able I cook and do my Laundry at ease. I will book again when I visit Perth again.

The four of us had a great stay at Sarah’s place! It is such a lovely, peaceful and homely place. The location was a quiet neighbourhood not far from the Albany Highway, which has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The place itself was clean, cosy and had some outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place and Sarah was an excellent host! We would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are a group of 4-6. Thank you for having us! We will be looking for this place again if we return to Perth.

Excellent,cosy and comfortable homestay with good environment around. Very convenient and walking distance to Daglish station(7min)and Mandura Giant(10mins) . Well equipped house with all the kitchen utensils,dish washer,oven, microwave, washing machine,dryer,iron, vacuum cleaner and some books/toys for kids . Our family love the place so much. Superb stay overall.Well recommended for big family stay.

We book this every year for my relatives to stay and it has become their second home. Linda is such a great host, she is very accommodating and there is everything you need for your stay. It is a lovely house and garden and very quiet. It feels like their home.

Marcus’ place was a lovely find! The location in Perth CBD was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and Elizabeth Quay, all within walking distance. Having a parking bay included was a huge plus, especially in the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the high chair and baby bath tub, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. Check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. Marcus was also responsive and allowed us a slightly later checkout at 10am! Just a small note: the room doors didn’t close fully, and the bathroom partition had rusted. These were minor details and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Nice place in very convenient location. City as well as Optus stadium are in walking distance. The house is well maintained and clean. Perfect for a a short stay.
