This property is a colourful, cosy and creative one bedroomed apartment unit which is attached to the side of a family home where the owner lives with her young family and golden labrador Eric. Its two minutes drive from Lahinch village with a patio area to the side with breath taking sea views.

An ideal location for artists, writers, hillwalkers, nature lovers or anyone seeking a place to unwind. While situated in an idyllic rural location it's also within easy access to many key attractions: Shannon Airport 40km, Cliffs of Moher 45km, Galway City 55km. A car is essential as there is no public transport.

Doolin village, famous for its music and culinary delights, is a ten-minute walk away, the dramatic not-to-be-missed cliffs of Moher a short drive, and a spectacular 14th century castle right next door.

The sheltered valley is nestled in the foothills of the Slieve Bernagh Mountains with Clare's highest peak; Moylussa (532m) standing behind. The apartment is a converted brewery with views towards the Ardclooney River and the hills above. 4 miles from the picturesque riverside town of Killaloe/Ballina and pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, markets, fishing and watersports/beaches of Lough Derg.

You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.
