The Upper Clarence district offers a choice of outdoor activities including canoeing, fishing, bird-watching, bushwalking, 4wdriving as well as the local show, campdraft, and dog trials are held annually.

This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. This Totally private fully self-contained Studio. It has amazing wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning and an enclosed courtyard and deck for your pets. You can park your car on the left hand side of driveway. There's a 2nd studio for friends or family. The studio is situated about 5 to 10 mins drive to Byron Bay. After booking please read house manual for instructions on what to do and where to get key etc. please leave fan on in bathroom when u go out and after using the shower .

Self contained bright and roomy downstairs flat, fully equipped kitchen- newly appointed. A washing machine is in the flat and beach towels are available.A baby/toddler is welcome. You are welcome to use main clothesline. There is also an airer beside the fridge 8 minute walk down the hill to enjoy restaurants ,shops and Lennox beach .There are lovely walkways along the beachfront and up to the Headland. Lennox Head is 20 minutes from Byron Bay and 15 minutes from Ballina Byron airport.
