Stylish, air conditioned, 1 bedroom self-contained B&B apartment located on the ground floor of my residence in a quiet street in Grafton. Only 4 minutes drive to CBD. Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Well equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and laundry facilities; residence has river frontage, heated pool and spa. Accommodation suits professionals for short or longer term stays. The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers.

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
