I booked off reviews, main reason for stay was visiting family for a very busy weekend. Unfortunately did not utilize all the perks of rental. The bed is wonderful!! Dont hesitate to book. Thank You!

Great stay, beautiful place. Nice to have pool/hot tub area. We went in what I would say was the 'off season' so not a lot of busy at the lake. Clear Lake downtown area had some good bars/restaurants.

This was a nice little quiet place in a perfect location. 40 years ago I rented the upstairs apartment of the house 2 houses west . Close to downtown and the Museum and all the Frank Lloyd wright houses. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a rental. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!

Great little place to stay for the weekend, very cozy and clean. Loved the brewery downstairs as well. Check in was easy and history was very good with communication. We'll be back for sure in the summer.

Angel was very kind, attentive, and thoughtful. I was pleased to have him as my host.

Stayed at Trevor’s house for the second time and it was great once again! The occasion was a gathering for 7 of my ex high school classmates and myself, and we meet in Clear Lake because it’s about a 2-hour drive for all of us (halfway in between my location in Des Moines and their homes in Minnesota). Trevor is very responsive and replied to my messages quickly. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable, and it worked out perfectly for us! Thanks, Trevor! I hope we’ll be back again soon!

Loved how homey it felt!

This is a great place for families. There were so many useful items for small children. The kitchen has everything you need.

Home looked just like the photos. Enough beds for a large group. Really enjoyed the outdoor firepit. Walkable to downtown.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!! Very clean and great location for Downtown! Was great for our group of 9! Would easily sleep more!! 3 nice bathrooms ❤️

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Very clean and organized. The living space was open and inviting as well as the deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to City Park, bars and restaurants downtown. Would definitely return to this house for a family or friends getaway to Clear Lake.

Easy communication, beautiful patio and view especially when I had to be around during nap times or early bedtimes - I loved sitting on the patio!

The view was wonderful and right on the lake. We enjoyed the deck and walking out on the dock. Paxton was responsive and the beds were comfortable!

It was not Jessica who I had communications with. The person was Angela. The internet was down and Angela was repsonsive and very helpful. She even offered to have me switch to the other rental across the hall because the internet was down and the remote control for the TV was not working. In the end, everything worked itself out. The Internet company came out and fixed the issue the next morning and I found a remote control that worked for the TV.
