Architecturally designed studio with immediate access to train, tram and bike paths. Close to Melbourne Airport. Studio offers the latest in Italian designed kitchen and bathroom features, TV, B & O speakers and comfortable queen sized bed. The studio is located over the garage at the rear of the property. A little bit of Australian tranquility only 11kms from Melbourne CBD and a 19km drive from Melbourne Airport. Free street parking always available. A 1.5km walk to trams giving easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote, Brunswick. Longer stays considered on enquiry.

Spacious Period 1910 house with off Street Parking and Tram directly at your door step. Exit the tram and walk directly into the house. 30 min to the city using the no. 11 tram - Bus connections also nearby. The house has a very comfortable and relaxed vibe and boasts many Edwardian period features. Preston and surrounding suburbs boast many cafes, bars, restaurants and of course the iconic Preston Market. A family run IGA convenience store with friendly and helpful staff only 200m away.
