We loved this house for our family! Having the front and back yard with the dock was really nice! It is also a great neighborhood. Shopping and great restaurants close by and not far from the beach! Great location

Wat een prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis, aan alles was gedacht, heel compleet ingericht. We genoten van de tuin, de jacuzzi met uitzicht op het water en de kinderen vonden het zalig om met paddleboards het water op te gaan, er waren zelfs enkele dolfijnen die met hen kwamen meezwemmen. Het huis is exact zoals op de foto’s, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin.

This place was SO SO SO relaxing! From the pool to fishing and easy access to the boat ramp. We loved it for the weekend getaway. AC worked great. Being able to heat the pool to our liking was extra great! Host is so responsive and helpful. We for sure will be back. We didn’t want to leave.

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

The description of Oasis is captures very well! The whole family all the way down the dogs enjoyed their stay whether it was playing pickleball, hanging out in the hammock, playing the pool, or just enjoying the nice breeze on the porch. The inside was just as great, spacious and open so we could all still interact as we went about our way. The beds were just as great as the atmosphere, my wrestles sleeping little ones even commented on how comfy their beds were, and slept soundly through the night. Morgan and her crew were very responsive and accommodating.

We have stayed here before. So everything was good just like the last time. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Will definitely stay there again when in the area

good stay. driveway very steep so be cautious if you have a lower vehicle has your bumper will scrape. other than that 10/10 experience

It was easy to find the location, the host was responsive, and the photos of the listing were accurate. The location is walkable and there are excellent restaurants nearby. The stay was a very brief overnight before flying out of MCO on a red eye, just a 20 min Uber ride at 4 AM from the property. My caveat was this Airbnb didn't afford the homey touches or welcoming courtesies that I've found the majority of properties on the platform to include. For example there was a keurig but no coffee pods, laundry machine setup but no detergent, shower gel and body lotion but no shampoo or conditioner. As a minimalist traveler I don't typically carry these things with me and for these reasons I wouldn't personally consider staying at this listing again in future. My stay was adequate, but for the price I expected the extras that even a room at a budget motel would provide.

Kat’s place is so amazing! My husband, two fur babies and I stayed for almost a week while in limbo between moving houses. She had everything we needed and more for our stay. We were so comfortable and Kat and her husband Tony were so welcoming and kind. The washer and dryer were a huge plus and being able to bring our dogs was the biggest plus of all! The bed is superrr comfy and her sheets and towels are so soft. We enjoyed the sunrise on the dock each morning and saw so much cool wildlife. We also took their bikes to cocoa village for a sweet little lunch. This is the BEST location. You can’t beat it for the price. Thank you Kat and Tony!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We loved our stay manattee cottage. It is characterful, very comfortable, and well equipped. The lakeside setting is idyllic and we enjoyed fishing and kayaking while encountering dolphins and manatees. It is conveniently located for Melbourne downtown and within 15 mins drive of Melbourne beach, and within 30 mins drive of Cocoa beach. Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.

This spot was the best! Super lovely home and Brenda was amazing! She had lots of recommendations and had so much great conversation. The home felt like home and was so relaxing and clean. The bed was super soft and hard to leave! Our favorite part about this Airbnb was how comfortable Brenda and her family made us feel. It was like we had known her previously and like we fit right in! The dock was great for seeing the nature FL has to offer and Brenda even let us know when we can see the rocket launches. We are already planning our return to stay a couple of days longer to really be on vacay! Amazing home away from home. Thank you again!
