The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. Located in the Cocoa / Port St. John / Titusville area, the ranch is a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, close to bioluminescent kayaking, cruises from Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Orlando attractions. This cute and cozy little cabin is ideal for 2 people but will sleep up to 4 guests. NOTE: If available, early check in or late check out may be accommodated for a fee of $50.
