This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Great location — you really can’t beat it! The space was clean, easily accessible, and the host was very responsive and flexible throughout my stay. I’d definitely book it again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location right on North Miami Beach. Very quiet, everything is within walking distance. The free Beach Trolley takes you right down to South Beach as well. Very secure building. Sunrise is breathtaking!!!

It was a great stay, clean and looked like pictures, I was on the 27th floor it was very quiet.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Nicole is a phenomenal host who has the most beautiful home and gives precise instructions on how to maintain it. From the beginning, Nicole made it extremely easy to access everything we needed and made sure the home was spotless and accommodating before we had even arrived. If I were in Miami again, I would absolutely book another stay and I recommend anyone else looking for an amazing experience to book as well.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Private and serene. scenery was beautiful and the host was perfect. I know it says usually responds in 40 mins, more like 10. Very clear instructions about everything. My brothers and I really enjoyed this home.

Romy’s house was an absolute dream! We spent 14 wonderful days here and truly enjoyed all the amazing amenities the house has to offer. Everything—from check-in to check-out—went perfectly smoothly, and Romy was the best host ever! He responded quickly to messages, helped out right away whenever we had a question, and we even had the pleasure of meeting him in person when he kindly brought something over to us. We would book this house again in a heartbeat—and Romy as a host, absolutely without question! Thank you so much again for everything!

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

We had an incredible time at The River House. The place was inviting, special, and the perfect place for my bachelorette party! You should see the pictures!!! I’ve never felt sad leaving an Airbnb, but we made so many incredible memories there, in part due to all the special touches and details that were provided, that I shed a tear leaving. The hosts were not only prompt and responsive, but also proactive in their communication, reaching out to make sure things were going well. The surrounding area was slightly sketch (DONT go to DV liquor store..) but overall neighbors were friendly and we felt safe. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und den Ausblick abends mit den Lichtern auf den See werden wir wohl nie vergessen. Wirklich ein wunderschönes Setting um abends mal richtig runterzukommen und abzuschalten. Die Lage war auch super man braucht zu allen Mainspots in Miami maximal 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedes Mal wieder buchen wenn ich nach Miami reise, unser Urlaub dort war ein absoluter Traum, danke dafür!

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas ganz besonderes! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut vollständig mit allem was ein Zuhause bietet. Es war perfekt sauber und die Lage ist wunderschön mit einem Garten in dem man wunderbar verweilen und sich erholen kann. Es gibt Leguane, Schildkröten, verschiedene Vögel und diverse andere Tiere zu beobachten. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und genoßen dieses kleine Paradies. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich um sich in Miami von dort zu bewegen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Beautiful view of the bay...peaceful location. Everything you need is close by. Condo is short distance to pool. On site gym was clean with state of the art equipment. Free taxi service within Aventura city only, but very helpful & professional service. Gulfstream casino, horse racing, bars, restaurants & shopping is a must visit!!! Hollywood beach & board walk is steps from Margaritaville hotel. $30 cash valet at the hotel is well worth the price. Several on site restaurants to have apps, cocktails, lunch, dinner etc! You can also get a day pass to enjoy ALL outdoor water parks. 5 o'clock somewhere is right across the street (from Margaritaville) with great bar food, live entertainment & kid friendly. Rusty Pelican in North Miami is an awesome restaurant with sensational views of the water! Tidal Cove is a fantastic water park within Aventura! Hope I've given you many options to enjoy your stay at "The Yacht Club " Adventura, FL

Fue una estancia magnífica, volveríamos a repetir sin duda! Leonie es una gran anfitriona, estuvo súper atenta desde nuestra llegada hasta que dejamos el apartamento y siempre muy amable. El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y perfectamente limpio, da gusto pasar unos días en su estancia porque te sientes como en casa con todas las amenidades que te ofrece Leonie. Está en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad con acceso directo a la playa, un sueño! Además del valet parking gratuito que es de gran ayuda. Muchas gracias Leonie, esperamos poder volver pronto 😊

The unit was very clean and all the directions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and spices. There were plenty of beach and bath towels, although some additional wash cloths would be helpful. The valet was quick, we did not have any issue with wait times. The pool and beach were great and never overly crowded. You can access the boardwalk behind the building to walk in either direction, you then need to look for a public entrance to get out to the main road. There are not many places within an easy walk, but the public trolley is easily accessible or you can drive. The restaurant across the street, Cafe Bernie, that Deb recommended was delicious! I highly recommend it and I would absolutely return there. If you have a baby or toddler there is a high chair and playpen in addition to a crib. The only disappointment was the noise on the porch, construction and traffic the noise level was pretty high given the placement on the side of the building. A great choice.

Amazing stay and a wonderful area! Didn’t have to go far to do so much. Hosts were always so responsive and building staff was very nice.
