appartement offrant un très bon potentiel d'hébergement, il est bien situé avec un départ de piste à proximité . Les différents contacts avec le propriétaire ont toujours été très amicaux . Si je dois retourner à San Sicario je retournerai dans cette location.

Grazie a Francesca e Ruggero abbiamo passato il nostro consueto week end lungo per le feste di carnevale all'insegna del relax e divertimento nella splendida cornice di Sauze d'Oulz. La casa è confortevole, pulita, luminosissima con ampi spazi,anche esterni con un bel terrazzo, e tutto il necessario (e anche di più!) per vivere la nostra vacanza in completa armonia. L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro e con un accesso facilitato per arrivare alla partenza della seggiovia di Clotes. Vicinanza di negozi e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. la macchina, una volta parcheggiata nelle zone limitrofe, non serve più. Comunicazione con l'host efficente e reattiva. Grazie ancora! Lo consigliamo vivamente e speriamo di rivederci al prossimo viaggio.

Wat een prachtige plek! We hebben genoten van een week in de bergen. De gite ligt ver het dal in, waardoor het er rustig is en je direct vanuit huis kunt wandelen. We hebben verschillende zijdalen verkend. De herfstkleuren, verse sneeuw hogerop in het dal, lammergieren en korhoenders waren fantastisch! Het huisje is erg gezellig. In feite is het een grote ruimte waarin een open zolder en beneden een afgeschermde slaapkamer zijn gemaakt. De keuken biedt alle mogelijkheid om te koken en te bakken. In Le Verney is een goede bakker! Jean-Philippe reageert snel en is vriendelijk en betrokken. Hij gaf vantevoren uitgebreide instructies via de mail en zijn folder. Tijdens ons verblijf nam hij regelmatig de tijd om te praten, naar onze ervaringen te luisteren, over de gite en het dal te vertellen en hij heeft goede tips voor wandelingen. Een aanrader wanneer je een prachtig en rustig uitgangspunt in de Franse Alpen zoekt!

Alloggio veramente ben tenuto, accogliente, perfettamente equipaggiato. La leggera salita di qualche metro per raggiungerlo dona una vista veramente stupenda; le piste da sci, i negozi sono tutti a pochi minuti a piedi! Un ottimo soggiorno, grazie ad Agata per la sua disponibilità e cortesia.

Sehr sauberes, kleines Studio. Hübsch eingerichtet. Für 4 Erwachsene evtl etwas eng, jedoch typisch für diese Station. Gute Ausstattung, flexible Organisation bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Internetzugang gratis aber etwas kompliziert. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Accueil chaleureux et des hôtes très aimables. Navette juste en face de l’appartement pour aller à la station les Orres 1650. Le top, je recommande !!

Lovely, clean apartment. Everything you need provided. Located perfect for access to ski slopes within 5 minute walk. Highly recommend and will no doubt be using again!

Logement avec accès direct au télécabine : super confortable. Grande attention donnée au confort des visiteurs. Le logement est bien entretenu et bien équipé. Vaisselle abondante, ce qui n’est pas le cas partout ! Terrasse agréable ⛱️ Tous les tips et les bons plans des propriétaires sont très appréciables 🤗🤗

Gîte Bohême dans une nature magnifique. Studio personnalisé, loin des hôtels aseptisé, hôte nature partageant son chez soi personnalisé. Dans l'esprit des vrais Airbnb, chez et avec l'habitant. On s'est régalé, on reviendra ! 😘

Our stay at Andrea’s house was exactly what we were looking for over Christmas. An incredibly cosy and comfortable house, with lots of space, a very relaxing living area in front of the fire and in a quiet location with beautiful views. Andrea was also an excellent host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive and very proactive in his communication about the house and all the necessary information for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Andrea and his house.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement au pied des pistes. Cette petite station des Orres était très agréable et l’appartement offre une accessibilité parfaite à toutes les activités qu’il peut y avoir dans la station. Stationnement payant mais possibilité de prendre un ticket pour la semaine à un prix assez raisonnable!

Vacanza familiare di una settimana in un appartamento ben curato in un condominio con tutti i servizi e con una vista mozzafiato!

Séjour très agréable dans ce charmant chalet ! La vue est splendide, et la proximité avec les randonnées du coin est très appréciable. L’intérieur du chalet est encore mieux que sur les photos. Une très bonne adresse pour profiter des joies de la montagne !

We stayed as a family of five during the February holidays. The apartment is centrally located on the main street in Alpe d'Huez very close to shops, cafes, the ice rink and swimming pool. The resort bus to the ski lifts stops on the opposite side of the street making access to the slopes and the ESF lesson meeting point very easy. We found the apartment ample for five people for a week and had everything we needed. The kitchen in particular is well kitted out and we self catered here with ease. The apartment benefits from a separate ski room, laundry room and has car parking which is a great feature and in a private lot at the back of the block. Stéphane is a great host and very communicative, the check in/out was super flexible and we were met at the apartment to be shown around and have everything explained to us. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Un appartement remarquablement bien placé Mieux équipé et mieux entretenu que celui loué habituellement Sandrine et particulièrement attentionnée avec ses invités A l’année prochaine.

Bel appartement , propre , bien équipé. Quelques petits soucis ( télé capricieuse , problème de wifi ) mais qui n’ont en rien altéré notre joli séjour. L’hôte est au top , hyper réactive et agréable.

JE RECOMMANDE ☺️ Logement conforme à la description 🙂 Son emplacement est idéal, aux pieds des pistes et juste en face de l'ESF. Très pratique ! L'appartement est très bien équipé. Le petit plus : la terrasse pour admirer les progrès de son enfant a l'ESF, et les coucher de soleil splendide 😍 C'est vraiment un petit plus qui fait son effet 🙂 Nous avons adoré ce logement et reviendrons sans hésiter. Marion est très réactive aux messages. N'hésitez pas ! Merci et bonne découverte pour les prochains voyageurs 😉

Caroline a été super réactive et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et parfaitement situé. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse avec sa vue grandiose sur les montagnes enneigées : apéro inoubliable garanti ! Bars et restaurants à 200 m à pied (sans les nuisances, que les avantages !) et une boulangerie juste en bas pour le petit déjeuner, c’est parfait. Ne pas hésiter ! Bien lire l’annonce concernant le ménage et les draps pour tout anticiper. Un grand merci pour ce super séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Le gîte est bien équipé et l'environnement est très paisible. Sophie et son mari ont été très accueillants et arrangeants. Merci ! :-)
