This charming 1860’s home has been lovingly updated and is nestled on 2 acres of land, surrounded by a 20-acre working farm. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious old farmhouse or activities in the large surrounding yards, with yard games, a fire pit and cooking & dining available.

We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Take a hike along marked trails of over 100 acres in our beautiful forest, sit beside our secluded pond and throw in a line for Large Mouth Bass, or tour the Amish trail where many shops offer homemade goods.

The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.

Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
