This was the best experience for a first Airbnb. Beautiful location, quiet, clean and everything as discribed. Would very much stay here again if we choose to travel to Colorado again ❤️

Great little place to stay, my husband really liked it!

A great spot right next to (and walkable to) Garden of the Gods! The description, amenities, and instructions were all right on and easy to follow. Very nice to have a kitchen, private space, and covered parking. We enjoyed are stay and would definitely go back!

Ingrid and Robert are the definition of Superhosts. They gave us and our pup such a warm welcome and were incredibly kind, thoughtful, flexible, accommodating, responsive, yet respectful of our privacy. They truly go above and beyond. It is evident that they love hosting people in their cozy and spotless space above the garage. They included everything you might need for a great stay. Some of the thoughtful extras: a personalized welcome sign, gate opener, a quick tour of the space, bathrobes, cozy bedding, a guidebook with helpful instructions and local recommendations, breakfast items, and even freshly ground coffee. The location was perfect — minutes from Santa’s Workshop, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. The area was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We only wish we had more time to stay. Thank you, Ingrid and Robert, for a truly unforgettable experience! We look forward to visiting again!!

Sigrid was an amazing host! Very knowledgeable of the area and friendly and helpful. The location was perfect — walkable, bikeable and a short drive to all the attractions — and the guest house was very comfortable, clean and felt like home. We enjoyed the amenities and little surprises throughout, and all of the helpful notes and instructions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks so much!

Second time I have stayed here. It is convenient to where I need to be both stays. Next time I am in the area and need a place to stay, I will stay again if they are available.

Loved staying here!! Felt like home away from home. The craftsmanship of the cottage was beautiful! Everything I needed for a longer stay was available (extra linens & sheets, washer/dryer, cooking utensils, rec). Amy was great at responding to messages, the location is prime for hiking/walking around town/cozying up inside, and neighbors were quiet and friendly. Space inside good for dogs <65 lbs but may feel crowded with bigger pups. Cleaning supplies were available so guests can vacuum, do laundry, dishes... I did clean shortly after check-in since I'm a clean freak (found floor dirt, cobwebs on vents, grease on stove), but I can't complain since the rental accommodates dogs and provided everything I wanted/needed. I would love to stay again ❤️ Guest FYI's (no biggie, just heads-up): -Pick up the keys by entering from the street side & through house gate BEFORE parking in alley -No food-related items stocked (oils, spices) -Fenced yards on both sides for neighbor's dogs

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The love nest was the PERFECT place for our honeymoon. This place had everything we could’ve asked for and more! The book was full of wonderful recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. the hot tub had an amazing view of the mountains! We have no complaints. Will definitely try to come back annually for our anniversary! Thanks again Carolyn and Andrew for hosting this beautiful place for us! 🥰

This was our first time staying in a guest house Airbnb with the owners onsite, and it still felt very private. The neighborhood was safe, the location was central, and the host was responsive and provided clear instructions. A great stay overall!

Beautiful setting but not a lot of restaurants or things to do nearby. Place was great. Hosts were very responsive.

Loved it! Perfect for our meeting our new grandchild and enjoying quiet time when the new parents needed privacy! Jacquie is great, very available for questions. Many special touches for comfort and very clean. We’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barn Guest Cottage in Monument! The cottage was just as described - cute, clean and cozy! We were surrounded by the peaceful countryside with far off glimpses of the mountains. Monument is close to numerous places to visit - we especially enjoyed our trips into Colorado Springs to visit Focus on the Family, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. And if you’re looking for delicious burgers, make sure to stop in at The Skirted Heifer while you’re in Colorado Springs! Sydney is a wonderful host - easy to contact and helpful answering our questions when looking for a local grocer, etc…. Sydney also provided sweet encouragement when we had unexpected events back home. Thank you, again, Sydney, for sharing your guest cottage and hospitality!

Everything was great!! The place was spotless and worked really well for what I needed! Austin was a great host and was very reasonable when I had a mishap in the kitchen. I would absolutely stay there again, thank you again Austin!!

We stayed here for 3 nights while enjoying the Colorado Springs sights! This place was very well done with updated styling & so spacious! It had two private outdoor areas to enjoy, too!

Our stay at the Carriage House was nothing short of delightful! Nestled above a detached garage, this charming little apartment offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. With a prime location just a short walk from downtown Colorado Springs, it serves as an ideal base for exploring both Denver and Pueblo, especially when the unpredictable Colorado weather decides to surprise us. The host's communication was exceptional from start to finish, ensuring that our stay was smooth and stress-free. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making us feel right at home. Whether it was the cozy interior or the welcoming atmosphere, everything was perfectly curated for a relaxing getaway. In short, the Saint Vrain Carriage House exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait for our next visit. If you’re looking for a home away from home in Colorado Springs, look no further. Jodi was an excellent host. She gave us our space but was also attentive and friendly. Her home was the perfect for a couple. The environment inside was clean light and cozy.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! Springs is our future home so we’ll be visiting it often and will be looking for openings from Matthew. Great price and perfect size for the both of us.

Jason’s home was perfect! I needed to get some laundry done and his home had the perfect set up to get that done. He was very helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely suggest staying here!

Grace saved our Thanksgiving! We had to look for a place last minute as our original place was inaccessible the night before Thanksgiving. Grace responded quickly to our last minute booking and made sure we were able to get in. She was very responsive to any inquiries and even sent us local recommendations. The place was clean, cozy, with beautiful views and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving meal and enjoy our time in Colorado Springs! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! This four bedroom house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Easy drive to daughter at UCCS, Garden of the Gods and many restaurants. The house was clean and we were very comfortable. The morning visit by a family of deer made my parents weekend!

My girlfriend and i came to town to play softball, and this place was the best part. Felt like coming home. Super clean and private. We will definitely be staying here every time we are in the Springs!!!
