This Airbnb is absolutely perfect if you are going to see a concert at Red Rocks! They also had the cutest decor and you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into their place! Everything is labeled incredibly well. Would 100% stay here again!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen - v.a. den kleinen Aussensitzplatz und den Parkplatz direkt vor meiner Tür. Der Bears Den ist sehr geräumig. Die Dusche ist perfekt (mal endlich ein Ort mit genug Wasserdruck zum Haare waschen). :-)

This place was everything I needed. It was super clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The garage was clutch—it made coming and going so easy. The location worked perfectly, and everything was exactly as described. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

Brenda’s rental is absolutely lovely. It has everything needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay, including clean linens, outdoor seating, & ample space for grilling, lounging, etc. The view from this rental is beautiful & the hosts are responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a more quiet, well-kept spot to enjoy a weekend away to Colorado Springs. Highly recommend Brenda’s rental!

Perfect stay while passing through! The restaurant across the street was delicious and welcoming. Everyone we met was kind. Lori’s space was great. We were road tripping with a dog, so it was nice to be able to let him stretch his legs for a while. Highly recommend!

Melvin was very responsive. I will stay here every time I come to Denver! It was like home. He had extra special touches. i.e. stocked cabinets, bottled water, laundry pods, etc.

Vinicius's home was perfect and as described! The crew felt right at home and enjoyed their stay. We will definitely stay here again if needed!

Was nice using the hot tub and massage chair after beating our body’s up hiking and site seeing for the last 4 day! Definitely helped recovery wise! Kitchen and rest of the house had plenty of extra stuff for us to use incase we forgot something, but with a girlfriend like mine, we brought majority of the things she had for us! Highly recommend

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

Patrick was absolutely amazing he made sure we were comfortable from beginning to end the place was amazing very nice and quiet neighborhood the pictures are a understatement the place looked wayyyy better than the pictures and the couch and beds was so comfortable patrick truly made sure my friends and i felt right at home and we will most definitely be going back to him

Awesome house to host a party and hang out. A few friends and I flew into Denver to enjoy the spring weather and check out Monster Jam at Mile High Stadium (it was awesome). The house was as advertised and Caroline was a great host. The house came with everything needed to have a great time and we loved the outdoor space. The location is among the best in Denver; centrally located to City Park and just around the block from amazing food and drinks in all directions.

The house is in an amazing location to everything you may need on vacation. The house itself was beautiful and quite neighborhood. Everything was clean. Only thing was there was no grilling utensils but we improvised 🥰

Laura's place was nice, very clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others for a nice comfortable, in expensive place to stay.

The location was amazing. We were back and forth to Boulder and it was an easy drive. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the yard a lot. We had a great stay at the house.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at the Fillmore and we really enjoyed our stay! Garrett and Sarah were extremely responsive and welcoming. I liked that there were two entrances to the Airbnb, the exterior entrance being the primary one we used. It had a helpful motion sensor light for when we got back and it was dark out and auto locked behind us. The location is great and Ubers were very quick and affordable. Street parking was free but limited. We were able to find parking right in front of the Airbnb after a few laps. I really appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit (and that there were pods/dryer sheets for use) as my husband just came from a week long trip and needed to wash his clothes. Two minor things: - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as we could hear footsteps above us, but this is expected given the age of the building! - be hyper-aware on the streets at night as there was a solicitor yelling at the corner when we got our doordash delivery

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

the condo was perfect for a ski weekend getaway with our pup. very thoughtfully decorated with high quality kitchen pans, remodeled bathrooms and supportive mattress. we'd love to stay again

Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

Had a great long weekend staying at Karen’s place for a ski trip. Her condo was very cozy and clean and easily situated for both BC and Vail. Karen herself was one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! She was super responsive and always lovely to deal with. When my flight was delayed resulting in a very late arrival, she responded right away and reassured me that she would be available anytime once I had picked up the car rental to ensure I could give her the details necessary to park at the complex. Would book with Karen again.
