Welcome to The Creation Station. I am your host John. The Creation Station was built with love and care by me with my friends and family. Amenities? Update! We just installed an 8 person hot tub! Plus our pool, jacuzzi tub, projector, giant deck and a stage with sound system, drums amps and karaoke input. The most unique amenity though is The Enchanted Forest. The Film Shack: A Sweetwater Stay

Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Film Shack is a newly designed water front vacation home with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. Maple floors, aviation, and cargo style furniture, stainless steel bathroom and kitchen with a wood stove for those chilly fall mornings.

Modular - 3 bedroom house

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Keurig machine for fresh coffee in the morning or some hot chocolate. 30 minutes to Stowe, Burlington and Montpelier. Lots of places to eat and shop within 30 minutes. Bolton ski resort 5 minutes down the road. Great view of the mountains.

Weirs Barn

This ain't your mama's barn loft apartment! We have spent years building one of the best places to stay in the Weirs. We aren't on the lake but we are near everything you want to do. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Funspot! The Experience hits you the second you open your own private door. Surround yourself in nature and cozy modern comfort. The romantic mid-mod-styled chalet backs to 10 acres of peaceful forest yet is just 12 min drive to Mount Snow for great skiing. 3 min. to the boat launch of gorgeous Lake Whitingham where you can rent jetskis & boats or go swimming & fishing. Hike trails to the charming town of Wilmington with its coffee shops & restaurants. Pools & hot tub up the road at clubhouse. Just steps away from iceskating, pickleball, hiking & snowmobile trails.

The Floating Library: private hiker's hideaway

The location is right at the foot the hiking trails of Mt. Tom, a 20 min walk to idyllic downtown Easthampton.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Bear Ridge Lodge

Newly built, chalet-style log home featured in both Cabin Living and Log Cabin Homes Magazines. Sweeping mountain and sunset views. Modern, Scandinavian decor. Generous front deck and covered porch for sunbathing, stargazing and outdoor dining in the summer and fall. Soaring stone fireplace makes for a warm, fully-appointed ski lodge in the winter months. 5 minutes from Cannon and 20 minutes from both Loon and Bretton Woods. Miles of National Forest trails out the back door.

Weston is one of Boston area's most desirable towns. <30 min to downtown Boston with a lot of open space. Centrally located with easy access to highways, train stations, etc. Next to a park with hiking trails, this is a secondary unit (Duplex units) with its own separate entry/exit. 3 bedrooms (one on lower level, two on 2nd level), kitchen, 2 baths (both on lower level). ~2000 square feet of space. Some seasons (including some winters) we have hens in the backyard...
