We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

Completely renovated one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Goosetown. Just minutes from downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa.
