Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

With our close proximity to the University of Victoria, Mount Douglas, dozens of beaches, and downtown Victoria, you are bound to find something to see and do every day of your visit.

We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach.

Peaceful Heritage Home at Elk Lake

NO CATS ALLOWED . My place is close to the beach and across the road from Elk Lake. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from all major tourist attractions that Victoria has to offer. Other close amenities include Butchart Gardens, the Commonwealth pool, mini putt, the Cordova Bay Golf Course and Public transport as well as an off-the-lead .year around dog beach. It is also a three day minimum stay My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and your dog.
